The invention is characterised in that the plateau (1) has along its axis of symmetry and from its rear edge, a streamlined and shouldered loop-like penetration (1a) defining a constricted opening (1a1) designed to be engaged elastically around the sheath (3) and to be maintained in locking position relative to a flange (3a) arranged on the sheath, while being free in rotation relative to the sheath (3).
