Abstract

The invention relates to a commercial building with a sales area and a parking area based on a novel concept of sales, according to which the customer does not come into direct contact with goods at the time of sale. From a construction point of view, practically any design is possible for the commercial building according to the invention; So, for example, the design of a quadrangular building for the sales part of the building and also for the parking area part of the building. It is only important that the parking area part of the building is assigned to the sales building part so that individual and in particular all parking areas on the side of the sales building part can be equipped with goods storage areas. For example, it is possible for the parking area part of the building to be a parking area tower or conventional parking garage if, at the same time, special areas in the sense of the aforementioned parking areas are provided in the area of the sales building area, which are used by the buyer only when he has the wants to take over selected, ordered and paid goods in a parking space while parking in the parking garage. For this purpose, the buyer then leaves his actual parking space, drives to such a special parking area, which then actually represents a short-term parking / goods receiving area.

In terms of construction, however, a commercial building is preferred which preferably has a circular, but possibly also a different round, for example an oval plan. In this case, there is the possibility of arranging the presentation space at a relatively large height of the round building representing the sales building part, and the entire space underneath as the actual warehouse including the inclusion of the electronically controlled goods supply and / or transport system use. At the same time, it is then possible to design the parking area part of the building as a helical part of the building outside the sales building part, the parking area part of the building consisting essentially of a parking lane adjacent to the outer wall of the selling building part and a parking lane surrounding the outside . Practically the entire outer circumference of the rotunda sales structure can then be used to make the parking area part of the building accessible for goods storage areas and to create the associated parking spaces.

The business building 1 of the special embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 is designed as a rotunda. This rotunda does not have to be circular, however; rather, oval or polygonal training can also be considered. Via this hatch 15, an access possibility to a goods storage area located behind it is created, which is located in the annular space 11 (see FIG. 2). Furthermore, a suspension device 17 including a charging device (not recognizable) for a bar code reader 18 is provided on the front side of the parking area 12. This barcode reader 18 has an individual identifier for the respective parking area 12 and serves as an actuating element, among other things, for triggering the automatic opening device 14.

After a vehicle has entered the parking area 12, the driver must remove the barcode reader 18 from the suspension 17 in order to operate the automatic bar opening device 14 with the barcode reader 18 in the sense that the locking unit 13 accesses the parking area 12 blocked. Analogously, the driver has to actuate the automatic bar opening device 14 again with the bar code reader 18 before leaving the parking area 12, this time to open the locking unit 13, which was closed after the entry.

In order to be able to open the automatic opening machine 14 by means of the bar code reader 18 or another actuating element in order to extend the parking area 12, the bar code reader 18 must be "invalidated"; i.e. Purchased goods must be paid for at the cash register, after which the cash register "invalidates" the barcode reader. If the user of a parking area 12 has not made a purchase so that his barcode reader 18 has not been "invalidated", he can operate the automatic opening machine 14 using the barcode reader 18 while paying a parking fee at the same time.

With regard to the retraction, it can also be provided that the automatic opening device 14 for the locking unit 13 is automatically triggered by removing the barcode reader 18 as the actuating element from the associated suspension 17.

An automatic opening device 19, which can be triggered by means of the "devalued" bar code reader 18, serves to open the closure flap 16. Instead of an independent automatic opening machine 19, provision can be made for the closure flap 16 to be opened by the bar code reader 18 being reinserted in its suspension 17; this reinsertion of the bar code reader 18 in its suspension 17 can also be used for the automatic triggering of the automatic opening device 14 for the locking unit 13.

Fig. 3 shows the addressed bar code reader 18 as an actuator both for the automatic opening device 14 of the locking unit 13 and for the automatic actuation device 19 of the closure flap 16.
