Abstract

In a double, humidity-transporting, but if required also elastic knitted fabric which is fitted with a spacing between its two webs for articles of clothing and coverings, humidity is transported by capillarity by different filamentary materials, preferably silk, in a top and in a bottom web, from the side of said knitted fabric next to the body to the side of said knitted fabric away from the body. A web (1) of knitted fabric made of a fibrous material with less filaments is spaced from and linked to a second web (3) of knitted fabric made of a fibrous material with more filaments, or even to spun yarn.

Description

The invention relates to a textile two-dimensional spacer fabric, consisting of top and bottom web in various binding and material combinations, as well as with elastane, which is used for clothing or upholstery fabrics, in which high demands with regard to shape retention, but also of directional moisture transport.
So far, various multi-layer knitted spacer fabrics, consisting of at least one top and one bottom web, have been known, which are already connected to one another by spacer threads during manufacture. These are used as heat exchange elements when coated on both sides, as is done in DE-OS 27 14 901. The spacer threads are stiff monofilaments which prevent the outer fabric layers from being compressed. These fabrics have the disadvantage that they can only be used on one side because they are able to exchange heat and have a relatively high stiffness, but they are not able to be used where properties such as elasticity and above all moisture transport are required. In addition, they are lavishly coated, which leads to an unfavorable economy.
Furthermore, DE-PS 31 39 402 discloses an invention in which a multilayer web of longitudinal channels contains free monofilaments as spacer threads which are consolidated in the top and bottom web. The multi-layer knitted web is preferably coated on at least one side. In particular, the monofilaments are knitted into the top and bottom web. According to another variant of the invention, the Monofi lamente can be sewn into the top and bottom web. This multi-layer knitted web according to the invention is also used as a heat exchange element in the state coated on both sides. Without a coating, it is preferably used as an insert for fiber-reinforced bodies. However, this invention has the disadvantage that, apart from a complex coating, it is not able to produce a moisture-transporting effect, while at the same time having good flexibility.
A 30 04 444 discloses an absorbent, double-layer textile made of hydrophobic fibers, the layers of which are connected to one another by pile threads made of filaments having longitudinal grooves. This material is able to absorb particularly mineral oil in a wick-like manner, but it lacks sufficient elasticity due to an insufficient structure, which considerably limits its use.
The object of the invention is therefore to create a two-dimensional spacer fabric, in particular for clothing or upholstery fabrics, which is capable of being both elastic and dimensionally stable, reliably ensuring a distance between the top and bottom web, but in addition to achieve particularly moisture-transporting properties with a certain climatic effect. In the textile fabric according to the invention, the transport of liquid moisture is transported from the textile fabric close to the skin to the opposite fabric. For this purpose, a skin-near material web made of small-cap yarn material for moisture absorption and forwarding to the Fila unthreads in the pole area, which by wicking releases the moisture to the more distant material web made of higher-capillary thread material, where it can evaporate. The object of the invention is achieved by the the part of claim 1 indicated technical teaching with its features.
Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht in einem zweiflächigen Abstands¬ gewirke aus vorzugsweise elastischen Bahnen, welcheThe essence of the invention consists in a two-dimensional spacing knitted fabric preferably made of elastic webs
- monofile Polfäden als Abstandshalter und zusätzlich eingebun¬ dene Multifi la entfäden besitzen, oder- have monofilament pile threads as spacers and additionally integrated multi-filament threads, or
The use of low-filament pile threads, with wicking for directional moisture transport through its capillary action.
Der Feuchtetransport wird erreicht, durch unterschiedlich fila- mentierte Seiden in Ober- und Unterbahn, wobei diese je nach Einsatz sowohl glatt, als auch strukturiert gearbeitet werden können .Moisture transport is achieved by means of differently filamented silks in the top and bottom web, which can be worked smoothly as well as structured depending on the application.
Die richtungsorientierte feuchtetransportierende Wirkung wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß eine Oberbahn in mindestens 1 -legeschieniger Herstellung aus vorzugsweise Synthesefaserstof¬ fen, aber auch nativen Faserstoffen, in bestimmten Fällen auch deren beider Kombination, bei hochelastischer Ausführung mit Elastan in der L2, gewirkt wird. Die Summe der eingesetzten Fi- lamente bezüglich i.irer Fadenfeinheitsbezogenheit in der Oberbahn, ist in jedem Falle geringer als die der Unterbahn oder umgekehrt;The direction-oriented moisture-transporting effect is achieved according to the invention in that an upper web is knitted in at least 1-rail production from preferably synthetic fiber materials, but also native fiber materials, in certain cases also their combination, in the case of a highly elastic version with elastane in the L2. The sum of the filaments used with regard to their thread count in the upper web is in any case less than that of the lower web or vice versa;
- die abstandshaltenden Fadensysteme aus Polfäden mit vorzugswei¬ se Syntheseseiden in mindestens zwei Legeschienen und gegenle- giger Bindung voll eingezogen oder Fileteinzug zur Gewährlei¬ stung einer definierten Abstandshaltung der Ober- und Unter¬ bahn sowie hochfilamentierter Syntheseseiden in einer der bei¬ den Polschienen im Fileteinzug oder mittels einer zusätzlichen dritten Legeschiene (Polschiene) eingesetzt werden;- The spacing thread systems made of pile threads with preferably synthetic silk fully retracted in at least two laying rails and opposite binding or fillet retraction to ensure a defined spacing of the top and bottom web and highly filamented synthetic silk in one of the two pile rails in the fillet retraction or by means of an additional third laying rail (pole rail);
A lower web in at least one rail production from preferably synthetic fibers, but also native fibers and their combination, in the case of a highly elastic version with elastane in L5 or L Q, is knitted.
The sum of the filaments used, namely thread count moved in the lower track, is in any case higher than that of the upper track, or vice versa.
The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. In the accompanying drawing, FIG. 1 shows the cross section of the spacer fabric.
Das elastische feuchtetransportierende Abstands¬ gewirke wird dazu mit sieben Legeschienen hergestellt:A top web 1 close to the skin in single-rail production from low-filament synthetic fiber materials conducts the liquid moisture to the higher-filament pile threads 2. The pile threads 2 are fully retracted in two laying rails and opposite binding, and higher-grade synthetic silk causes the distance to the lower web 3 and also serve to transport moisture to it. The lower web 3 in a monorail production from high-filament synthetic fiber materials absorbs the moisture and releases it on the opposite side for evaporation.
