- the removable securing means of the implants to the connecting bars consists of a hook with tilting slot comprising, in the bottom of the slot, a semi-cylindrical groove of radius corresponding to that of the connecting bars and in the plane median of its base, a threaded orifice in which is mounted a pressure screw making it possible to obtain the longitudinal tilting of the hook until the stirrup of the implant is locked against the corresponding connecting bar, and the spout of which is shaped depending on the cross-section of the connecting bracket of the hooks or the implant rings.
