Description
% These leaches, which are discharged into the drain, represent a considerable environmental pollution. They pollute sewage treatment plants and water bodies. The washing machines and dishwashers have a large water requirement. This is a not inconsiderable cost factor. In addition, energy is lost when hot alkali is led into the drain and may be immediately after washing and rinsing cold fresh water must be heated again.
Offenbarung der ErfindungDisclosure of the invention
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective method for washing or rinsing parts than conventional washing machines and dishwashers.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that, after the washing or rinsing process, the washing or rinsing liquor is passed through a filter which removes grease and / or dirt from the washing or rinsing liquor, and the washing or rinsing liquor filtered in this way containing detergent or dishwashing liquid is then stored for use in another washing or rinsing process.

The invention relates to a method for cleaning dirty parts by means of a washing or rinsing solution containing a washing or rinsing agent at elevated temperature.
The invention further relates to an apparatus for performing this method.
Zugrunde liegender Stand der TechnikUnderlying state of the art
In washing machines for washing laundry, a fresh detergent is added to the incoming fresh water. This detergent dissolves fats and ensures better wetting of the tissue. A wash liquor mixed with such a detergent and heated to an elevated temperature in conjunction with a mechanical movement of the laundry removes dirt from the laundry. This dirt is then suspended in the wash liquor. At the end of the washing process, this used washing liquor is led into the drain.
In ähnlicher Weise arbeiten Geschirrspüler.
Dishwashers work in a similar way. Here too, a detergent is added to the incoming fresh water, which has a fat-dissolving and wetting effect. The detergent solution is heated to an elevated temperature and sprayed against the dishes to be cleaned by nozzles in circulation. Coarse solid parts settle in a sieve. The used soapy water is also discharged into the drain after the rinsing process. According to the invention, the used washing or rinsing liquor is therefore not passed into the drain but filtered and stored for reuse. The invention is based on the knowledge that the washing or rinsing liquor retains the cleaning power imparted by the washing or rinsing agent even after the washing or rinsing process. It only needs to be freed from the dissolved fats and solid impurities. Then the washing or rinsing water can be used again with the same effect. In any case, it is possible to carry out a plurality of wash or rinse cycles with a supply of wash and rinse water. This saves fresh water and detergents or detergents. The environmental impact is significantly reduced. If several washing or rinsing cycles take place immediately after one another, as is the rule in particular in commercial laundries or in restaurants, the heat stored in the used washing or rinsing liquor is also largely recovered, so that considerable energy savings result.
Advantageously, the filter means, connected in series, contain a first filter, which binds fat by adsorption, and a second filter, which filters out solid constituents contained in the used washing or rinsing liquor.
Kurze Beschreibung der ZeichnungBrief description of the drawing
Bevorzugte Ausführung der ErfindungAn embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the associated schematic drawing, which shows a device for washing or rinsing parts. Preferred embodiment of the invention
Das darin zurückgehaltene Fett kann durch Zusammendrücken des Filters 22 mittels einer Press- Vorrichtung 26 wieder aus dem Filter herausgedrückt werden und fließt dann über einen Ablauf 28 weg.10 with a washing machine or dishwasher is referred to, the fresh water or, as will be explained, filtered washing or rinsing solution is supplied via an inlet connection 12. A washing or rinsing agent can be added via an addition device 14. The used washing or rinsing liquor emerges from an outlet connection 16 after the washing or rinsing cycle has ended. This contains dirt in the form of solid components as well as fats. The washing or rinsing liquor is now not discharged into the drain, as was previously the case, but is pressed by a pump 18 through filter medium 20. The filter means 20 contain, connected in series, a first filter 22, in which the fats are removed from the washing or rinsing liquor by adhesion, and a second filter 24, which retains solids. The filter 22 has a sponge-like consistency. The grease retained therein can be pressed out of the filter again by compressing the filter 22 by means of a pressing device 26 and then flows away via an outlet 28.
It has been found that a fairly clean liquid emerges from an outlet connection 30 of the filter medium, which is freed of greases and solid impurities and contains the active washing or rinsing agent in solution. This filtered washing or rinsing liquor is stored in a memory 32. To store the heat that is still contained in the filtered washing or rinsing liquor, the memory is provided with thermal insulation 34. From the memory, the washing or rinsing liquor can be passed back to the inlet connection of the washing machine or dishwasher 10 via a changeover valve 36. The valve 36 can also connect the inlet connection 12 to a fresh water connection 38.
