Be it known that I, GEORGE W.. Tnomrsbn, of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings,-and State of New York, have invented and made a certain new and use- Uloset; and I do hereby declare .the following tobe a.

- The nature of'my said invention consists in an. improved water-closet paper, the same being formed by the introduction of tar into the paper, and the piper itselfheing putup ina convenient form for the pocket.

What I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is'-- I. The water-closet paper, prepared in the manner specified, to impart the medicinal properties set forth.

2. The package of water-closet paper, formed by th'e introduction of sheets into the wrapper, as set forth.
