LlNT AND DUST EXCLUDER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Letters Patent No. 364,394, dated June 7, 1887.
Application filed May 11, 1887. Serial No. 237,789. (ModeL) To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, JosErr-I T. BRIGHT, of New Castle, in the county of Henry andState of Kentucky, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Lint and Dust Excluders, of which the following is a description.
My invention is an improvement in lint and dust excluders; and it consists in certain novel constructions, combinations,and arrangements of parts, as will be first fully described, and then pointed out in the claims.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a front view of my lint and dust eXcluder. Fig. 2 is a sec tional view on line or m, Fig. 1.
This device is constructed as follows: The parts lettered B and E in the drawings consist of woven wire of concavo-convex form to fit the contour of the human face, and is attached to the spring-wire rim A A, bound on its edges with any suitable material. B is the uncovered portion of the concave-convex wire.

Having thus described my iuvcntion,what I claim as new is- 1. In a lint and dust excluder, the combination, with the parts which fit over the nose, chin,and checks, of the leather piece G, adapted to be laced with a cord, whereby the same can be adjusted to fit a broad or narrow face, substantially as set forth.
2. In a lint and dust excl uder, the combination of the elliptical concavo-convex woven wire and the double spiral spring attached to the rim, the elastic band, and the leather piece adapted to be laced, whereby the same can be adjusted to fit a broad or narrow face, substantially as set forth.
