- 2. Description of Related Art
- Because of environmental pollutions, climate changes and natural resource shortages, consumers are more willing to buy products that are environmentally friendly, no pollution and reusable. Wherein, the paper molded material is obtained through pulp made of recycled paper boards and newspapers being processing with a molding formation, so advantages of being environmentally friendly, no pollution and reusable are provided, and the paper molded material becomes one of the most favorable packing materials.
- However, the paper molded material is formed through pulp being processed with the molding formation, so the lateral thickness of the finished product is often less than 1.2 mm, and the thickness of the finished product does not meet the structural expectation, thereby having insufficient structural strength; in addition, due to the molding formation processed to the finished product, one surface of the finished product is smooth and the other thereof is rough, so the appearance and the applicable fields may be restrained.
- Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention has devoted himself for researching and inventing a novel structure for improving the above-mentioned shortages.
- The present invention is to provide a paper molded box structure, in which a first box member and a second box member are combined to form an accommodation box, a first smooth plane and a second smooth plane are respectively formed on the inner and the outer side of the accommodation box, thereby enabling the paper molded structure to be provided with advantages of having great structural strength and having two smooth planes at the inner and the outer side thereof.
- Accordingly, the present invention provides a paper molded box structure, which includes:
-

- a second box member, integrally made of a paper molding material, and the outer side thereof being formed with a second smooth plane and the inner side thereof being formed with a second rough plane; and
- an adhesive agent, provided between the first rough plane and the second rough plane, thereby enabling the first box member and the second box member to be combined for forming an accommodation box, and allowing the first smooth plane and the second smooth plane to be respectively formed at the inner and the outer side of the accommodation box.
- Advantages achieved by the present invention are as following. The total thickness defined by the thickness of a first surround wall and the thickness of a second surround wall is greater than 1.6 mm, thereby allowing the lateral side of the accommodation box to be formed with a preset thickness, and the paper molded box structure of the present invention is therefore provided with a great structural strength; because the first smooth plane and the second smooth plane are respectively formed at the inner and the outer side of the accommodation box, and the inner and the outer plane of the paper molded box structure are both smooth, thereby increasing the quality and prettifying the appearance of the paper molded box structure.
