- As shown in
FIG. 1 , a state when a suction nozzle cover of a typical electronic cigarette is pressed and/or squeezed by an external force is illustrated. Because an end of the existing suction nozzle cover is a flat surface, when the two outer sides of the suction nozzle cover are pressed and/or squeezed by an radial force and the radial force is perpendicular to the outer sleeve of the typical electronic cigarette, the suction nozzle generates an outward tendency of motion along the axial direction (i.e., the direction of escaping from the outer sleeve), then the suction nozzle may fall off from the electronic cigarette, resulting in that the electronic cigarette cannot be sucked by a user, and the user's experience may be adversely affected. - As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , an electronic cigarette of a first embodiment of the present invention comprises anouter sleeve 10 and asuction nozzle cover 20. Wherein theouter sleeve 10 is substantially a hollow cylinder, thesuction nozzle cover 20 is sleeved inside theouter sleeve 10, and theouter sleeve 10 and thesuction nozzle cover 20 are detachably connected with each other or integrally formed. Theouter sleeve 10 can be a sleeve of an atomizer or a battery, or a sleeve that sleeves both the atomizer and the battery. Theouter sleeve 10 can also be a part of the atomizer. - The
suction nozzle cover 20 is substantially a hollow cylinder, and is made of silicone material, which has good flexibility and corrosion-resistant character. Understandably, thesuction nozzle cover 20 can also be made of other flexible material such as rubber. A surface of thesuction nozzle cover 20 corresponding to a mouth cavity of a user of the electronic cigarette is a concave 230. When the two outer sides of thesuction nozzle cover 20 are pressed and/or squeezed by an radial force and the radial force is perpendicular to theouter sleeve 10, thesuction nozzle 20 generates an inward tendency of motion along the axial direction (i.e., the direction towards inside body), and thesuction nozzle cover 20 is prevented from falling off. - The
suction nozzle cover 20 includes ahollow body 220, afirst end 210 and asecond end 240. Wherein, thebody 220 is a hollow cylinder and is sleeved inside theouter sleeve 10, thefirst end 210 is mounted on theouter sleeve 10, and thesecond end 240 recesses inward to from the concave 230. Thesecond end 240 defines at least onesuction inlet 242 therein, a user can inhale the smoke atomized in the electronic cigarette via thesuction inlet 242. Thesuction inlet 242 includes apierced hole 2422 defined in thesecond end 240 and a throughhole 2424 axially extending from the edge of thepierced hole 2422 to thebody 220, and an inner diameter of thethrough hole 2424 is equal to an inner diameter of thepierced hole 2422. Thesuction inlet 242 can be set in the center axis of thebody 220, and can also deviate from the center axis of thebody 220. When the electronic cigarette has a plurality ofsuction inlets 242, the a plurality ofsuction inlets 242 can be arranged equidistantly and symmetrically. The number of thesuction inlet 242 is no limited, that is, can be one or more. When the number of thesuction inlet 242 is small, a flow of the smoke will be smaller; and when the number of thesuction inlet 242 is large, a flow of the smoke is larger. - To prevent the
suction nozzle cover 20 from being ejected from theouter sleeve 10 and being accidentally swallowed by users, a snap-fit connection is formed between thesuction nozzle cover 20 and theouter sleeve 10. Specifically a lateral wall of thebody 220 forms a protrudingbuckle 222, and an inner wall of theouter sleeve 10 corresponding to thebuckle 222 forms a card slot (not shown) buckled with thebuckle 222, and thesuction nozzle cover 20 is detachably connected with theouter sleeve 10 through the snap-fit connection formed between thebuckle 222 and the card slot. Understandably, in other embodiments, a lateral wall of thebody 220 forms a card slot (not shown), an inner wall of theouter sleeve 10 forms a buckle (not shown) configured to buckled with the card slot, and theouter sleeve 10 is detachably connected with thesuction nozzle cover 20 through the snap-fit connection formed between the buckle and the card slot. - Because the concave 230 has a certain buffering function, when the two sides of the
suction nozzle cover 20 are pressed and/or squeezed by the radial force, and the radial force is perpendicular to theouter sleeve 10, an inward force along the axis (i.e., the force facing inside of the body 220) of thesecond end 240 is greater than an outward force (i.e., the facing outside the body 220), and thereby the tendency of motion of thesuction nozzle cover 20 is changed. That is, when thesuction nozzle cover 20 is pressed and/or squeezed by the external force, thesuction nozzle cover 20 generates an inward tendency of motion to theouter sleeve 10, and thereby thesuction nozzle cover 20 is prevented from falling off the electronic cigarette, and the user's experiences is improved. - As shown in
