Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to the rotating shelf structure of a showcase in which goods sold are conveniently replaced on the basis of the first-in first-out arrangement with outside ones by rotating a goods display shelf. More specifically, the present invention relates to the rotating shelf structure of a showcase, which is characteristic in that the structure is renovated to provide the durability, easy assembling, manufacturing cost reduction, and smooth circulation of cold air while minimizing the total shelf weight.
  • BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY OF INVENTION
  • In general, on the shelves of refrigerating and freezing showcases installed at supermarkets (convenience stores), a variety of goods are displayed in multi layers so that purchasers may identify and select them with convenience. In order to display more goods, it is possible to adjust the height and gap of the shelf. In a conventional reach-in-type showcase, opening/closing doors are installed for easy carry-in and take-out at the front of the box-form cabinet and many shelves are placed to load a lot of goods inside the cabinet. In the said showcase, many installation grooves are formed horizontally for attachment of brackets on the left and right side walls inside the cabinet, and both ends of the shelf are fixed into bracket installation grooves directly or by using clips to load goods such as a variety of foods and drinks.
  • In case the said shelf is fixed horizontally, however, the goods placed in the front may be easily identified by consumers, but the ones placed away from the front should be taken out and confirmed, one by one, by consumers, which causes inconveniences. In addition, due to its state of being fixed, the said shelf has a problem that it has limitation in displaying the goods placed away from the front, which due to lack of the first-in first-out arrangement, should be moved, one by one, by a manager to the front empty space created by sale of the previous goods.
  • In order to solve the problem of the said conventional fixed-type shelf, proposed is a rotating-type shelf which can change the position of goods displayed on the showcase shelf. The said rotating-type shelf was disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration Application No. 20-1997-0020218 (“Free Rotating-Type Shelf Structure of Showcases”), Korean Utility Model Registration Application No.20-1997-0020227 (“Rotating-Type Shelf of Showcases”), Korean Patent Application No. 10-1997-0035897 (“Rotating-Type Shelf Structure of Showcases”), and Korean Patent Application No. 10-1997-0017474 (“Drive Equipment for Rotating Shelf of Showcases”). The said shelf structure is a type with many horizontal circular plates installed to load goods around the central axis, and the goods to be selected reaches the opening position of the door by rotating the circular plates round the central axis by means of an artificial force or a drive motor. The said rotating shelf is horizontal and cannot utilize the first-in first-out arrangement. It also has an inconvenient problem that the circular plates should be rotated for selection of goods directly by consumes.
  • In addition, in order to solve the problem of the said horizontal shelf, the shelf is inclined with a small angle so that goods may always arrive at the tip on the basis of the first-in first-out arrangement for their easy identification and selection by purchasers. In other word, the next item slides down toward the tip due to the slope of the shelf, if the purchasers take out an item displayed on the tip of the shelf, The said conventional inclined shelf has an advantage that goods slide down smoothly for smooth movement of the next item displayed to the space of the initial item selected on the basis of the first-in first-out arrangement so that they may be easily identified by consumers. Since it is fixed, however, the said conventional inclined shelf has a problem that a large inflow space whose position is higher than that of the goods placed on the tip is required to supplement goods and so it is difficult to provide a large display space of goods because the gap between display spaces is large. In order to alleviate the said problem, a display space may be provided at the rear of the shelf while the height gap between the shelves is minimized. However, this approach also has a problem that due to the increase in unnecessary spaces, more supply of cooling air is required, which is uneconomical, and the installation place is limited since the cabinet size increases.
  • Meanwhile, in order to solve the said problem, the applicant of the present invention first applied for and registered Korean Patent Application No. 10-2010-0017175 (Registration No. 10-1089752) ‘Rotating-Type Self Structure of Showcases’. The said rotating-type shelf structure of the showcase (1) is composed, as shown in Attached FIG. 1 (Disassembled Perspective Drawing of Rotating-Type Shelf Structure) and FIG. 2 (Approximate Cross Section of Showcase Equipped with Rotating-Type Shelf Structure), of the cabinet (11), which provides a space for display at refrigerating and freezing states, the door (12), which opens/closes the opening part for display and sale of goods, and the rotating-type shelf structure 100) installed to rotate in order to display and take out goods on the basis of the first-in first-out arrangement.
  • A detailed examination of the said rotating-type shelf structure (100) indicates that it is composed of the base plate (2), which is fixed on the floor inside the cabinet (11) and equipped with the bottom axis (21) at the center, the bottom plate (3) with
  • Figure US20140327348A1-20141106-C00001
  • form on which the bushing (31) inserted into the bottom axis (21) of the base plate (2) is installed, many ball castors (32) are installed at the bottom, the pillar frame (4) wherein many first fixing groove (41) and second fixing grooves (42) with hitch spot (42″) are formed in equidistant intervals in pairs to insert the both ends into the said bottom plate (3), the top plate (5) on which the bushing (51) is installed at the central top contacting the both ends of the said pillar frame (4) and the boundary part is bended in the perpendicular direction, the fixing member (6) wherein the upper part of supports (63) includes the fixing plate (62) equipped with the top axis (61) which is inserted into the bushing (51) fixed to the said upper plate (5) can be connected after being inserted to the both ends of the fixing plate (62) to fix the horizontal part (63 a) and to fix the vertical part (63 b) on the walls of internal both sides of the cabinet (11), and the display frame (7) which has in the front and rear direction the cover (71) which maintains the state of penetrating the both ends of fixing pin (72) of which both ends are hooked to the first fixing groove (41) and the second fixing groove (42) of the sand pillar frame (4) and wherein the boundary part are vertically bent. And the said display frame (7) consists of polygons with a form of
  • Figure US20140327348A1-20141106-C00002
  • whose front corner part, when rotating, locates the center of rotation in front so that it may not touch the cabinet (11) wall and whose rear corner part is corner-cut so that it may rotate without contacting the cabinet (11) wall.
  • The said rotating-type shelf structure of showcases can make the best use of the inner space of the cabinet by locating in front the center of rotation of the display frame in which goods are displayed for the first-in first-out arrangement and by corner-cutting and rotating the rear of the display frame, enable the first-in first-out arrangement by rotating the rear position of the display frame to the opening position after opening the door and supplementing goods conveniently from the outside, can make the rotation smooth by bending/forming/assembling durable metal plate. and can reduce the loss of cooling air by minimizing the cabinet space.
  • However, the said rotating-type shelf structure of showcases not only has an excessive weight due to the pillar frame, which supports the vertical load transmitted from the goods and shelf, and the structural characteristics of the display frame on which goods are displayed, but also requires a large artificial force action for shelf rotation, has a difficulty in smooth rotation due to inflow of foreign substances to ball castors, and has a difficult problem of assembling due to structural characteristics of the fixed member.
  • CONTENTS OF INVENTION Task to be Solved
  • Thus, the present invention has resolved the conventional problems described above in detail and improved the rotating-type shelf structure of showcases first applied by the applicant(s) of the present invention. The objective of the present invention is to provide a very economical rotating-type shelf structure of showcases which can rotate many display frames of goods so that the first-in first-out arrangement may be possible by supplementing goods from the outside after opening the door, makes convenient the procedures of assembling many light-weight goods display frames for smooth circulation of cooling air, improves the structure of top and bottom plates mutually connected to increase the durability by making the pillar frame disassemblable and light, achieves a smooth rotation by preventing the inflow of foreign substances to ball castors, makes the installation and replacement of the fixed member convenient by improving its structure, and maximizes the efficiency by minimizing the internal space of the cabinet.
  • In addition, the objective of the present invention is also to provide a rotating-type shelf structure of showcases which makes the installation and disassembling of the display frame more convenient.
  • Means for Solution of Task
  • The present invention for achievement of the said objective is the rotating-type shelf structure of showcases improved from the technology first applied by the applicant of the present invention. The present invention is technically characteristic in that since it is composed of the base plated improved to prevent the inflow of foreign substances, the pillar frame separately formed in No. 1 pillar and No. 2 pillar to minimize the weight, reduce the cost of raw materials, and make assembling convenient, the bottom and top plates improved for combination with the top and bottom of the pillar frame, the fixed member improved for convenient axial support of and combination with the said top plate. Because the present invention is comprised of the structure to form split so as to place the roller members displaying goods while integrating the fixing pins of which both ends are hooked to the fixing grooves which are formed on the first pillar and second pillar, it minimizes the weight, enables a smooth circulation of cooling air, and contains the display frames improved to prevent the contact with the cabinet wall during the rotation.
  • In addition, the objective of the present invention is technically characteristic in that the display frame is not installed with fixing pins but can be conveniently installed to and separated from the pillar frame by using clips.
  • Effects of Invention
  • According to the present invention, the display frame in which goods are displayed for the first-in first -out arrangement is composed, for mutual assembling, of the front frame, ear frame, and guide plate extrusion-molded with aluminum with a low specific gravity. This invention can reduce the weight by constituting with a rear plate which has a multi-side shape as well as promote the circulation of cool air. It also can form splitting the pillar frame into the first pillar and the second pillar excluding the intermediate connection parts and reduce the weight by improving the integrating structure of bottom plate and top plate integrated to the bottom and top ends although maintaining the ruggedness. DETAILED CONTENTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF INVENTION
  • Hereunder, to the same parts as the signs given in the conventional technology of FIGS. 1 and 2, the same signs are given. In reference to attached FIGS. 3 through 10, the desirable examples of the present invention are described in detail.
  • FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show the disassembled perspective drawing and the cross-sectional drawing of the showcase-installed state, respectively, for the rotating-type shelf structure of showcases based on examples of the present invention. Sign 1 represents the showcase, 11 the cabinet, 12 the door, and 100 the rotating-type shelf structure.
  • Ordinarily, the showcase (1) consists of the cabinet (11), which provides a space for display and sale of goods at refrigerating and freezing conditions, and the door (12), which opens/closes the opening part for display and sale of goods. Cooling air is sullied to the inside of the cabinet (11) from an non-diagrammed freezing system.
  • And inside the said showcase (1), installed for rotation is the shelf structure (100) in which placed are many display frames (7) inclined to display goods on the basis of the first-in first-out arrangement inside the cabinet (11) of the said showcase (1).
  • The goal of the shelf structure (100), the improved feature technology of the present invention, is to provide a convenient assembling, maintain the durability, reduce the cost, and provide free rotation while minimizing the load. In order to accomplish this goal, metal plates with the thickness ranging from 1 mm to 4 mm are used, bended, assembled, and disassembled to increase the durability, and the display frame (7) improves the assembling structure by changing the material to reduce the weight and provide a smooth circulation of cooling air.
  • The shelf structure (100) of the present invention is composed, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, of the base plate (2), which is fixed to the internal floor and wall of the cabinet (11) and supports the central axis of rotation, the fixing member (6), the bottom plate (3) and top plate (5) for formation of the center of rotation, the pillar frame (4) for fixing of the said bottom plate (3) and top plate (5) to the top and bottom ends, and many display frame (7) combined with the said pillar frame (4) to display goods. These are combined by ordinary fixing bolts and tightening screws.
  • The base plate (2) supports the total load of the shelf structure (100) and the weight of displayed goods, is fixed on the internal floor of the cabinet (11) by tightening screws, and the bottom axis (21) is installed to the center. The said bottom axis (21) is the central axis for rotation of the shelf structure (100). Especially, the base plate (2) is formed into a circular plate along the rotational radius of the bottom plate (3) to make no hitches when the bottom plate (3) rotates and the border of this circular plate is bended vertically to form the barrier (22).
  • The bottom plate (3) is inserted into the bottom axis (21) of the base plate (2) and the bushing (31) is installed for smooth rotation to the bottom center of the bottom plate (3). In order to make the rotation more smooth and support the load, many ball castors (32) are installed around the bottom and the boundary part is bended in the perpendicular direction to form into the form of
  • Figure US20140327348A1-20141106-C00003
  • with a narrow width on both sides. In addition, the bottom plate (3) is constructed together with the base plate (2) to support the entire load of the shelf structure (100) and the weight of displayed goods.
  • The bushing (51) is installed to the top center of the top plate (5) and the boundary part is bended in the perpendicular direction to increase the durability.
  • Meanwhile, the insertion groove (33) and insertion groove (52) are drilled in the front and at the rear, respectively, so that No. 1 pillar and No. 2 pillar of the pillar frame (4), which are formed in division on the bottom plate (3) and the top plate (5), may be inserted into each insertion groove.
  • The pillar frame (4) is fixed to both ends of the bottom plate (3) and the top plate (5) to form frames on left and right sides in a group, and each pillar frame (4) is formed in division into No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b), which have no connecting parts to minimize the weight and reduce the cost, and then is connected to the front and rear corner parts on each side of the bottom plate (3) and top plate (5).
  • The said No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) are formed in bending in the
  • Figure US20140327348A1-20141106-C00004
  • shape in order to increase the durability. The cut parts (41′, 42′) are formed to insert the top and bottom ends into the insertion groove (33) of the bottom plate (3) and the insertion groove (52) of the top plate (5), and many fixing grooves (41, 42) are formed in an equal interval in the vertical direction to fix the display frame (7) to many spots of an equal interval. In reference to FIG. 4, the said fixing groove (41) and fixing groove (42) are the spots for insertion of fixing pins (72) to fix the display frame (7). The said fixing groove (41) plays a role of preventing the display frame (7) from being pushed to the front by opening the inside of the cabinet (11) and closing the door (12) side, and the said fixing groove (42) plays a role of preventing the display frame (7) from being pushed to the front by opening the inside of the cabinet (11) to form the hitch spot (42″) and closing the door (12) side. In addition, the hitch spot (42″) of the said fixing groove (42) prevents the display frame (7) from being pushed to the rear and broken away. In addition, if the reinforcing angle (43) on the bottom inner side of the No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) of the pillar frame (4) is fixed by spot welding or the fixing bolt, the reinforcing angle (43) is placed at the top of the bottom plate (3), which increases the stability by dispersing the load transmitted to the pillar frame (4) to the top of the bottom plate (3), not concentrating it only to the fixing bolt.
  • The fixing member (6) fixes to the internal wall of the cabinet (11) the top axis (61) inserted into the bushing (51) installed on the top plate (5) and adjusts the perpendicular state of the said pillar frame (4) while maintaining the center position for rotation of the shelf structure (100). In other words, in order to make a convenient adjustment of the perpendicular state of the pillar frame (4), the fixing member (6) is composed of the fixing plate (62), which fix the top axis (61), and a group of supports (63) whose vertical part (63 b) is fixed in contact with both walls of the cabinet (11) while the horizontal part (63 a) is fixed in insertion into both ends of the said fixing plate (62). The long hole drilled into the horizontal part (63 a) of the said support (63) compensates for the distance which varies depending on the gap between both walls during tightening of the fixing bolts, and the long hole drilled into the vertical part (63 b) of the said support (63) fixes the top axis (61) of the said support (63) on the wall of the cabinet (11) while providing a upward/downward drift space for its convenient insertion into the bushing (51) of the top plate (5). Especially, it is desirable to compose the structure so that the fixing plate (62) descends from the top side so that the upper axis (61) be integrated to the bushing (51) as the imaginary line shown in the FIG. 4 by forming the top part of the support (63) in the open state so as to be convenient for inserting the fixing plate (62) in the condition that the said support (63) is fixed to the wall surface.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the display frame (7) for display of goods consists of the fixing plate (72), front frame (73), rear frame (74), guide plate 975), support frame (76) and rear plate (77), forming a polygon with the form of
  • Figure US20140327348A1-20141106-C00005
  • to display goods on the roller member (8′). The said fixing plate (72) is combined in insertion into the fixing groove (41) of No. 1 pillar (4 a) and the fixing groove (42) of No. 2 pillar (4 b) for the pillar frame (4). Both ends of the fixing plate (72) is combined at an exposed state with the front frame (73) and the rear frame (74). The said guide plate (75) is fixed to/combined with the front frame (73) and the rear frame (74) while maintaining a certain gap with them and forms the vertical wall (75) to prevent goods from breaking away. The said support frame (76) is fixed to/combined with the middle of the guide plate (75). The said rear plate (77) is placed at the rear of the display frame (7) in the corner cut form of a rectangular rear so that it may not contact the wall of the cabinet (11) during rotation of the display frame (7). In order to make the center of rotation inclined to the front without contact of the corner of the front frame (73) with the wall of the cabinet (11) during rotation of the display frame (7), the slope of the said display frame fixed to the said rear frame is determined by the height of the fixing groove (41) and the fixing groove (42) formed at No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) of the pillar frame (4) to which many display frames (7) may be installed, and the slope ordinarily ranges from ∠3 to 10°.
  • In order to reduce the weight of the said display frame (7) and provide a smooth circulation of cooling air, the front frame (73), rear frame (74), guide frame plate (75), and support frame (76) are extrusion=molded with aluminum with a low specific gravity. In order to increase the durability and reduce the weight, as shown in FIGS. 7 a and 7 b, the part which the roller member (8′) is inserted into and the part which a series of rear plates (77) are inserted into are opened, and other parts which the fixing plate (72) is inserted into are formed in the form of a pipe.
  • And in the said display frame (7), as shown in FIG. 7 b, installed is the guide (81) to divide displayed goods. The use of the roller member (8′) which many rotating-type rollers (83) are installed to enable division of each kind of goods and make the first-in first-out arrangement easy for each kind of goods.
  • In addition, as shown in FIGS. 9 a and 9 b, the display frame (7) of the present invention may be assembled of the front frame (73), the rear frame (74), guide plate (75), support frame (76), and roller member (8′), excluding the rear plate (77). In case the said rear plate (77) is excluded, since the number of initially displayed goods is identical, it is convenient to check the number of sold items for each kind of goods.
  • In addition, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 10, as a method not to use the said fixing plate (72), it is possible to compose the display frame (7) without using the rear frame (77) by combining the hitch groove (752) drilled on the bottom surface of the guide plate (75) of the said display frame (7), with the bump (91) of clip (9) fixed to the fixing grooves (41, 42) formed at No. 1 pillar 4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) of the said pillar frame (4).
  • The unexplained sign of 78 in the figures is a finishing member inserted into the rear of ordinary roller members (8′) placed on the display frame (7), and 731 is a display part formed as bump in the front frame (73) to insert goods names or price tables.
  • Next, described are the installation and operation for the rotating-type shelf structure of showcases in the present invention made as explained above.
  • The base plate (2), fixing member (6), several display frames for display of goods (7), bottom plate (3), pillar frame (4), and top plate (5) are separately prepared and then mutually combined to form the shelf structure (100) for installation inside the cabinet of (11) of showcases (1).
  • First of all, the base plate (2) on which the bottom axis (21) is installed is fixed on the floor of the cabinet (11) by tightening screws, but as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the center of the bottom axis (21) is set slightly in the floor front of the cabinet (11), not the floor center. In other words, the center of rotation is set so that the front and rear corner parts of the display frame (7) may not contact the wall and door (12) of the cabinet (11) during rotation of the display frame to be installed on the top of the said bottom axis (21).
  • Next, the support (63) of the fixing member (6) is installed beneath the ceiling part of the cabinet (11) responding to the bottom axis (21) of the said base plate (2). The vertical part (63 b) of the support (63) for combination of both ends of the fixing plate (62) is fixed on the wall of the cabinet (11) by fixing bolts so that the top axis (61) may be located at the same position of vertical direction as the bottom axis (21) of the base plate (2) on which the support (63) of the said fixing member (6) is installed. At this time, the fixing plate (72) on which the top axis (61) is installed shall be on stand-by for post installation.
  • Next, assembled is the rotating-type shelf structure (100) rotating to display goods for sale by changing the front and rear positions of the several display frames (7). The bottom plate (3), pillar frame (4), and top plate (5) of the said shelf structure (100) are mutually combined by fixing bolts, fixing nuts, and tightening screws. On the said bottom plate (3), the bushing (31) is fixed and ball castors (32) are installed around. On the top plate (5), the bushing (51) is fixed. Assembling is completed by tightening at the said basic assembling conditions with fixing bolts and nuts the bottom plate (3) and top plate (5) to the top and bottom parts of No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) of the pillar frame which are composed in groups. For convenience of work, the said nuts are already fixed through welding on the bottom plate (3) and top plate (5).
  • In other words, in case the said bottom plate (3) and top plate (5) are combined with No. 1 pillar (4 a) and Np. 2 pillar (4 b) of the pillar frame (4), as shown in FIG. 5, the vertical parts of the bottom plate (3) and top Plate (5) are inserted in line into the cut parts (41′, 42′) of No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b), and No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar(4b) are inserted in penetration into the insertion grooves (33, 52) drilled on the bottom plate (3) and top Plate (5). Each corner part of the said bottom plate (3) and top Plate (5) and each bended part of No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) are adhered, mutually combined, and then tightened for a strong assembling by fixing bolts.
  • Next, the reinforcing angle (43) is fixed to the inner bottom of No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) for the pillar frame (4) by spot welding or fixing bolts, and the bottom of the angle (43) contacts the top of the bottom plate (3) for transmission of the load.
  • Next, when a frame is made by mutually combining the said bottom plate (3), pillar frame (4) and top plate (4), the bushing (31) fixed to the bottom plate (3) is first inserted in line into the bottom axis (21) of the base plate (2) fixed on the floor of the cabinet (1) to contact, as shown in FIG. 4, the ball castors (32) fixed on the bottom plate (3) with the top of the base plate (2) and position the bushing (51) fixed on the said top plate (5) at the bottom of the fixing member (6).
  • In the above mentioned state, if the vertical part (63 b) of above said support materials (63) is integrated to the wall of the cabinet (11) with fixing bolts after descending down the fixing plate (62) of the fixing member (6) from the top side of the support (61) of which the top part is opened as shown in the FIG. 4 so that the top axis (61) fixed to the fixing plate (62) can be inserted to the bushing (51) of the top plate (5) to mutually be integrated, and then fixing the fixing plate (51) to the horizontal part (63 a) of the support (63) with fixing bolts, the top axis (61) will take a role of central axis of rotation of integrated bushing (51).
  • The rotating-type shelf structure 100) integrated by mutually combining the said bottom plate (3), pillar frame (4) and top plate (4) rotates around the bottom axis (21) of the base plate (2) and the top axis (61) of the fixing member (6). The rotation gets smooth since the ball castor (32) installed on the bottom plate (3) disperses the weight of the shelf structure and the displayed goods.
  • Next, the guide plate (75) of the display frame (7) is assembled at both ends by tightening screws to maintain a certain gap with the extrusion-molded front frame (73), rear frame (74), and support frame (76). The display frame unit (7) is assembled, as shown in shown in FIG. 8, by installing the rear plate (77) to the rear frame (74) and the roller member (8′) to the top.
  • As a next step, if the both ends of the fixing pin (72) inserted to the rear frame (74) are inserted into the fixing grooves (42) which are formed on the second pillar (4 b) and placed on while the fixing pin (72) inserted to the front frame (73) of the display frame (7) is being inserted to the fixing groove (41) which is formed on the first pillar (4 a) of the pillar frame (4) in the condition that the fixing pin (72) is inserted to the front frame (73) and the rear frame (74) of the unit display frame (7) as described above , they are protected from being pushed to the rear direction by the hitch spot (42″) and installed inclined in a stable manner as shown in FIG. 4. Through above mentioned repeated process, a multiple display frames (7) can be installed for application with a certain intervals appropriate for withdrawal and supplement of goods.
  • The rotating type shelf structure (100) assembled as explain above rotates, as shown in FIG. 8, on the basis of the center of rotation moved toward the door (12) rather than the floor center while the corner-cut part located on the rear plate (77) of the display frame (7) not contacting the wall of the cabinet (11). It is possible to make an easy supplementation of sold goods from the outside by positioning the said rotating display frame (7) to the door (12).
  • For this reason, the rotating type shelf structure (100) excludes the part connecting with the pillar frame (4) which forms splitting into the first pillar (4 a) and the second pillar (4 b), and reduction in weight enables smooth rotation and in turn, reduction in the cost of raw materials. The said structure enables to prevent twisting and deformation through mutual insertion assembling of insertion grooves (33,52) which are formed on the lower plate (3) and the upper plate (5) and cutting parts (41″, 42′) which are formed on the first pillar (4 a) and the second pillar (4 b). As the results, the durability can be maintained, and the weight of display frame (7) comprising of various extruded formed parts can be reduced, which enables the circulation of cool air efficient and maintenance of freshness of goods. In addition, opening the upper part of support (63) of the fixing member (6) encourages the easy assembly and disassembly of the fixing plate (62) and the barrier (22) which forms on the base plate (w) prevents foreign materials or drinking water flowing into the ball castors (32) and the bottom axis (21) to enable smooth rotation always.
  • In addition, as shown in FIG. 9 a, it may be possible to use the display frame excluding the rear plate (77). In case the said rear frame (77) is not available, since the number of initially-displayed goods is unchanged, it is possible to check fast the number of sold goods through the empty space created by the sale or the number of left-overs.
  • In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, in the present invention, it is possible to provide the convenience of fixing, hoisting, and separating, excluding the rear plate (77), by combining the hitch groove (75 e) formed on the bottom of the guide plate (75) of the display frame (7), with the bump of the clip (9) fixed in insertion to the fixing grooves (41, 42) formed on No. 1 pillar (4 a) and No. 2 pillar (4 b) of the pillar frame (4)
  • As explained above, the desirable examples of the present invention are described and shown by figures, but the present invention is not limited only to what is described and shown by figures. Therefore, since the persons in the field are well aware of appropriate changes and modifications of the said examples, the appropriate changes and modifications, and their equivalents should be considered to belong to the scope of the present invention.
