Abstract
A composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, includes: a column shell, which has an inner space is defined by the column shell closed rounding, wherein, the column shell comprises a column basis part, a column body part provided on the column basis part; and a column cap part provided on the column body part; and an inner layer, the material of which is PU, closely joints on the inner surface of the column shell, which is combined with the column shell to form a composite material to strengthen the support strength and the resistance of the column shell.
Description
- 1. Field of Invention
- The present invention relates to a decoration Roman column, and more particularly to a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column composed by bonding the composite material and the PU material.
- 2. Description of Related Arts
- Roman columns are classic styles of column in Roman, including totally five styles: Doric, Ionic, Corinthian and Roman (Tuscan, and composition). Due to the elegant temperament of Roman column, they are widely used to build large-scale and ornate buildings.
- In conventional technology, Roman columns are generally made of the materials such as polyurethane rigid foam, gypsum, wooden, and stone. Traditional polyurethane Roman column has bad surface strength, and poor impact resistance. Traditional gypsum Roman column is easily to be damaged when constructing, which brings us a lot of inconvenience on residential decoration. Traditional wooden Roman column is easy to become damp, and be eaten by moth, is flammable and has poor surface strength. Due to the large-scale of cutting, the nature environment is destructed. Traditional stone Roman column has large weight, the construction is difficult, and the cost is high. Moreover, the adhesivity between the traditional composite material and PU material is poor.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, which is made by environmental protected, and no-polluted raw materials.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, which has better decay resistance, damp resistance, crack resistance, deformation resistance, detachment resistance and durability.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, which has better impact resistance, strength, anti-aging and weather resistance.

- Accordingly, in order to accomplish the above objects, the present invention provides a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising:
- a column shell, which has an inner space defined by the column shell closed rounding, wherein the column shell comprises a column basis part, a column body part provided on the column basis part; and a column cap part provided on the column body part; and
- an inner layer, having a material of PU, closely jointing on an inner surface of the column shell, so as to be combined with the column shell to form a composite material to strengthen a support strength and a resistance of the column shell.
- These and other objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, the accompanying drawings, and the appended claims.

FIGS. 1-8 of the drawings, a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprises: - a
column shell 1, which has aninner space 11 defined by thecolumn shell 1 closed rounding, wherein, thecolumn shell 1 comprises acolumn basis part 12; acolumn body part 13 provided on thecolumn basis part 12; and acolumn cap part 14 provided on thecolumn body part 13; and - an
inner layer 2, having a material of PU, closely jointing on an inner surface of thecolumn shell 1, so as to be combined with the column shell to form a composite material to strengthen a support strength and a resistance of thecolumn shell 1. - Further, a
PU glue 3 is provided between thecolumn shell 1 and theinner layer 2, painted on surfaces of thecolumn shell 1 and theinner layer 2 to strengthen a combination of thecolumn shell 1 and theinner layer 2 without impacting a hardness and a density of the composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises polyether (hydroxyl value: 800-850): 35-45 parts, graft polyether (hydroxyl value: 400-450): 55-65 parts, cross-linking agent: 2-4 parts, organic tin catalyst: 0.3-0.7 parts, surfactant: 0-2 parts; and the component B comprises isocyanate: 95-105 parts. - Further, the
column basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively comprise a T-shaped strengtheningbones structure 121 for increasing the support strength of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14, comprising afirst board 1211, having two sides provided on an inner surface of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively, and asecond board 1212 provided vertically to thefirst board 1211, having a first side provided on a center line of thefirst board 1211, and a second side provided on the inner surface of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively; and a plurality ofstiffeners 122 provided on the inner surface of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively in a direction parallel to thecolumn body part 13 for increasing a support strength of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively, and theinner layer 2 is cross-linked with thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively through increasing a contact area to improve an integration and a combination between theinner layer 2 and thecolumn basis part 12, and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively. - Further, a raw material of the
column shell 1 comprises a cross-linking agent. - Preferably, the component A comprises polyether (hydroxyl value: 800-850): 40 parts, graft polyether (hydroxyl value: 400-450): 60 parts, cross-linking agent: 3 parts, organic tin catalyst: 0.5 parts, surfactant: 1 part; and the component B comprises isocyanate: 95-105 parts.
- Preferably, the inner surface of the
column basis part 12 is rough for increasing a friction to improve the firm combination between theinner layer 2 and thecolumn basis part 12. - Preferably, the inner surface of the
column cap part 14 is rough for increasing the friction to improve the firm combination between theinner layer 2 and thecolumn cap part 14. - Preferably, the thickness of the
column shell 1 is 1-3 mm. - Preferably, the material of the
column shell 1 is selected from the group consisting of plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, wood, plaster and stone. - Preferably, the content of the cross-linking agent is 5%-10%.
- The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising following steps of:
- a) providing a
column shell 1, and - b) closely jointing an
inner layer 2 on an inner surface of thecolumn shell 1, having a material of PU, for combining with the column shell to form a composite material to strengthen a support strength and a resistance of thecolumn shell 1. - Further, the step b) comprises painting a
PU glue 3 on the surface of thecolumn shell 1 and theinner layer 2 to strengthen the combination of thecolumn shell 1 and the inner 2 without impacting a hardness and a density of the composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, wherein thePU glue 3 comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises polyether (hydroxyl value: 800-850): 40 parts, graft polyether (hydroxyl value: 400-450): 60 parts, cross-linking agent: 3 parts, organic tin catalyst: 0.5 parts, surfactant: 1 parts; and the component B comprises isocyanate: 95-105 parts. - Further, the step a) comprises: providing a T-shaped strengthening
bones structure 121 to increase the support strength of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively, the T-shaped strengtheningbones structure 121 comprises afirst board 1211, having two sides provided on the inner surface of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively, and asecond board 1212 vertically provided with thefirst board 1211, a first side of which is provided on the center line of thefirst board 1211, a second side of which is provided on the inner surface of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively; and more than onestiffener 122 provided on the inner surface of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively in a direction parallel to thecolumn body part 13 for increasing the support strength of thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively, and theinner layer 2 is cross-linked with thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively through increasing the contact area to improve the integration and the combination between theinner layer 2 and thecolumn basis part 12 and thecolumn cap part 14 respectively. - Further, the step b) further comprises adding a cross-linking agent into a raw material of the
column shell 1. - Preferably, the inner surface of the
column basis part 12 is rough for increasing a friction to improve a firm combination between theinner layer 2 and thecolumn basis part 12. - Preferably, the inner surface of the
column cap part 14 is rough for increasing the friction to improve the firm combination between theinner layer 2 and thecolumn cap part 14. - Preferably, a thickness of the
column shell 1 is 1-3 mm. - Preferably, the material of the
column shell 1 is plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, wood, plaster and stone. - Preferably, the content of the cross-linking agent is 5%40%.

Its embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure from such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.
Claims (14)
1. a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising:
a column shell, which has an inner space defined by said column shell closed rounding, wherein, said column shell comprises a column basis part, a column body part provided on said column basis part; and a column cap part provided on said column body part; and
an inner layer, having a material of PU, closely jointing on an inner surface of said column shell, so as to be combined with said column shell to form a composite material to strengthen a support strength and a resistance of said column shell.
2. The composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 1 , wherein a PU glue is provided between said column shell and said inner layer, painted on surfaces of said column shell and said inner layer to strengthen a combination of said column shell and said inner layer without impacting a hardness and a density of said composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising a component A and a component B, wherein said component A comprises polyether (hydroxyl value: 800-850): 35-45 parts, graft polyether (hydroxyl value: 400-450): 55-65 parts, cross-linking agent: 2-4 parts, organic tin catalyst: 0.3-0.7 parts, surfactant: 0-2 parts; and said component B comprises isocyanate: 95-105 parts.
3. The composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a T-shaped strengthening bones structure to increase a support strength of said column basis part and said column cap part, comprising a first board, having two sides provided on an inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively, and a second board provided vertically to said first board, having a first side provided on a center line of said first board, a second side provided on an inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively; and a plurality of stiffeners provided on said inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively in a direction parallel to said column body part for increasing said support strength of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively, and said inner layer is cross-linked with said column basis part and said column cap part respectively through increasing a contact area to improve an integration and a combination between said inner layer and said column basis part and said column cap part respectively.
4. The composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 3 , wherein said inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part are respectively rough for increasing a friction to improve said firm combination between said inner layer and said column basis part and said column cap part respectively.
5. The composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 1 , wherein a thickness of said column shell is 1-3 mm.
6. The composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 1 , wherein a raw material of said column shell comprises a cross-linking agent.
7. The composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 6 , wherein a content of said cross-linking agent is 5%40%.
8. A method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising following steps of:
a) providing a column shell, and
b) closely jointing an inner layer on said inner surface of said column shell, having a material of PU, so as to be combined with said column shell to form a composite material to strengthen a support strength and a resistance of said column shell.
9. The method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 8 , wherein said step b) comprises painting a PU glue on the surface of said column shell and said inner layer to strengthen a combination of said column shell and said inner layer without impacting a hardness and a density of said composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, comprising a component A and a component B, wherein said component A comprises polyether (hydroxyl value: 800-850): 40 parts, graft polyether (hydroxyl value: 400-450): 60 parts, cross-linking agent: 3 parts, organic tin catalyst: 0.5 parts, surfactant: 1; and said component B comprises isocyanate: 95-105 parts.
10. The method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 8 , wherein said step a) comprises providing a T-shaped strengthening bones structure to increase a support strength of said column basis part and said column cap part, comprising a first board, having two sides provided on an inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively, and a second board provided vertically to said first board, having a first side provided on a center line of said first board, a second side provided on an inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively; and a plurality of stiffeners provided on said inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively in a direction parallel to said column body part for increasing said support strength of said column basis part and said column cap part respectively, and said inner layer is cross-linked with said column basis part and said column cap part respectively through increasing a contact area to improve an integration and a combination between said inner layer and said column basis part and said column cap part respectively.
11. The method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 10 , wherein said inner surface of said column basis part and said column cap part are respectively rough for increasing a friction to improve said firm combination between said inner layer and said column basis part and said column cap part respectively.
12. The method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 8 , wherein a thickness of said column shell is 1-3 mm.
13. The method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 8 , wherein a raw material of said column shell comprises a cross-linking agent.
14. The method of manufacturing a composite material polyurethane rigid foam decoration Roman column, as recited in claim 13 , wherein a content of said cross-linking agent is 5%-10%.
