Abstract
A chair with hidden combining elements includes a seat; each of the lateral sides of the seat being formed with a trench; two handles; and two first combining bases for connecting one inner end of a respective one of the two handles to a respective inner lateral side of the seat. The inner end of the handle is in contact to the inner lateral side of the seat. The chair further has a back portion connected to the seat; and two second combining units. Each second combining unit is installed between an inner side of a respective one of the handle and an inner side of the back portion; and the inner side of the handle is in contact with the back portion and the inner side of the back portion is in contact with the seat.
Description
- The present invention relates to a chair with handles, and in particular to a chair with hidden combining elements.
- In general, a chair has two handles at two sides thereof for supporting user's hands. A chair further has a seat for locating the buttocks of users. For easily manufacturing, an outer side of each handle is penetrated by a combining unit to the seat so as to combine the handle to the seat. However, in this way, the combing unit will expose from an outer side of the handle. However, the chair back is combined to the seat by using another combining units which also expose to the outer side of the chair so that the chair has a bad outlook. Even the ends of the combining unit are designed to have smooth outlooks or the ends are embedded into the handles or chair backs, but these designs can not effective resolve the problem above mentioned.
- To resolve above problem, the present invention provides a chair with hidden combining elements includes a seat; each of the lateral sides of the seat being formed with a trench; two handles; and two first combining bases for connecting one inner end of a respective one of the two handles to a respective inner lateral side of the seat; wherein the inner end of the handle is in contact to the inner lateral side of the seat. The chair further has a back portion connected to the seat; and two second combining units. Each second combining unit is installed between an inner side of a respective one of the handle and an inner side of the back portion; and the inner side of the handle is in contact with the back portion and the inner side of the back portion is in contact with the seat.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a back side view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , perspective views of the present invention are illustrated, which are viewed from two different orientation. - The
chair body 1 of the present invention includes the following elements. - A
seat 11 is includes. Each of the lateral sides of theseat 11 is formed with atrench 113. - A
back portion 12 is connected with theseat 11. - Two
handles 2 are identical. Eachhandle 2 is formed with a respect recess 21 at an inner side near theseat 11. - Two first combining
bases 3 are included. Each first combiningbase 3 serves to connect one end of a respective one of the twohandles 2 to a respective lateral side of theseat 11. The first combiningbases 3 are hidden at inner sides of thehandles 2 so that thechair body 1 has a flat and beautiful outlook. Each first combiningbase 3 has afirst pin 31 and a first combiningsheet 111. A bottom of the first combiningsheet 111 is installed with afirst insertion tube 112. - In assembly, the
first pin 31 is inserted into therecess 21 of thehandle 2. Eachhandle 2 is screwed to a surface of theseat 11 by using a plurality ofscrews 114. Thefirst insertion tube 112 inserts into thetrench 113 of theseat 11. Thefirst pin 31 inserts into thefirst insertion tube 112 so that thehandle 2 is combined to theseat 11. Thus, in assembly, the first combiningunit 3 has less elements to be exposed. - Two
second combining units 4 are included. Eachsecond combining unit 4 serves to connect another end of a respective one of the twohandles 2 to a respective side of theseat 11. Eachsecond combining unit 4 includes a second combiningsheet 23, asecond insertion tube 231 and anL shape sheet 121. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , a bottom side of thehandle 2 is formed with agroove 22. - The second combining
sheet 23 is combined to thegroove 22 by using a plurality ofscrews 232. Eachsecond combining sheet 23 is installed with thesecond insertion tube 231 which is embedded into thegroove 22. - Each
L shape sheet 121 has aflat side 121A which is locked to theback portion 12 by using a plurality of screws. Another side of theL shape sheet 121 is a combiningside 121A which is formed with athrough hole 123. One end of the second combiningtube 232 passes through the throughhole 123. Thus the second combining unit will not expose to the outer sides of thehandles 2. - In the present invention, after the combination of the
seat 11 and theback portion 12, soft pads can be placed upon theseat 11 or theback portion 12 so as to further cover the other combining units. Thus a beautiful outlook is presented. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
