Description
- The present invention relates to a waste liquid guide device with a quickly replaceable inner bag, in that a pressure release valve is installed to a bottle body. Air can enter into a vacuum between an inner bag and the bottle body so that the inner bag is compressed, then the inner bag and a cover release from the bottle body quickly for taking out the inner bag.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , a prior art structure about the negative pressure airtight suction system is illustrated. The system includes ahard casing 10, a softinner bag 11, acover 12, a wasteliquid guide outlet 13, asuction inlet 14, acheck valve 15, an insertion suction opening 16, and a hidden suction opening 17. In use, the suction opening 16 serves to form negative pressure for sucking air within thehard casing 10 and the softinner bag 11 so that the two is in vacuuming state. Waste liquid from a hurt area of a patient will be guided into theinner bag 11. When theinner bag 11 is full, thecheck valve 15 will limit the flowing of the liquid. At this moment, a negative pressure device is closed and a pressure release valve is opened. After the pressure of the air between theinner bag 11 and thehard casing 10 is greater than the atmosphere, theinner bag 11 is released from thehard casing 10 for updating theinner bag 11. Thus an airtight negative pressure suction system is formed. - However, the prior art has the following disadvantages. When it is desired to update the inner bag, the negative pressure device must close and open the pressure release valve. After the pressure descends, the inner bag is taken out. The process is tedious.
- The object of the present invention is to provides a waste liquid guide device with a quickly replaceable inner bag, comprising: a bottle body having an inner bag; a cover installed with a waster liquid guide tube, two vacuum suction holes, a tube head, a handle, an annular groove, a check valve, a unidirectional valve; the inner bag is coupled to the annular groove; wherein the unidirectional valve is connected to the two vacuum suction holes; the check valve is communicated to the waste liquid guide hole; the tube head is communicated to the two vacuum suction holes; the inner bag is connected to the cover and is engaged to the annular groove; and a pressure release valve installed to the bottle body. Thus a waste liquid guide device with a quickly replaceable inner bag is formed. The inner bag can be replaced quickly without stopping other instrument.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- With reference to
FIGS. 2 and 3 the structure of the present invention is illustrated. The structure includes the following elements. - A
bottle body 29 has aninner bag 28. - A
cover 20 is installed with a wasterliquid guide tube 21, twovacuum suction holes 22, atube head 23, ahandle 24, anannular groove 25, acheck valve 26, aunidirectional valve 27. The inner bag is coupled to theannular groove 25. - A bottom of the
bottle body 29 has apressure release valve 30 which is formed by anut 301, awasher 302, anouter thread 303, anelastic element 304 and apressing portion 305. Thepressure release valve 30 installed at a bottom of thebottle body 29. Thepressure release valve 30 is screwed to thebottle body 29 by thenut 301 and theouter thread 303. Thewasher 302 serves to isolate air. Theelastic element 304 is installed between thepressing portion 305 and thebottle body 29. A part of theelastic element 304 is in tense state so that thewasher 302 serves to seal the gap between thebottle body 29 and thepressure release valve 30. In use, a negative pressure is built in thevacuum suction holes 22 so as to such the air in theinner bag 28 and thebottle body 29 so that air pressure in theinner bag 28 and thebottle body 29 is smaller than atmosphere pressure. Then the undesired liquid at a hurt area of a patient can be guided to the wasterliquid guide hole 21 to theinner bag 28. When theinner bag 28 is filled with the waste liquid. Thepressure release valve 30 is pressed and then air enters into thebottle body 29. Theinner bag 28 is compressed by air so that theinner bag 28 and thecover 20 are released from thebottle body 29. Therefore, it can be taken out quickly. Thereby, a waste liquid guide device with a quickly replaceable inner bag is formed. - With reference to
FIG. 4 , it is illustrated that thebottle body 29 is combined with thecover 20. Air between thebottle body 29 and theinner bag 28 is sucked from thetube head 23. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , it is illustrated that when pressing thepressure release valve 30, air will enter into thebottle body 29. Theinner bag 28 is compressed by air so thatinner bag 28 and thecover 20 quickly release from thebottle body 29 at the same time. - With reference to
FIG. 6 , another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. It is illustrated that thepressure release valve 30 is a screwedpressure release valve 30, which contains ahollow screw 306, adrain opening 307, and awasher 308. Thedrain opening 307 is installed in thehollow screw 306. Thehollow screw 306 is combinable to thewasher 308. When air enters into thebottle body 29, thepressure release valve 30 is rotated to drive air into thebottle body 29. The inner bag is compressed by the air so the inner bag and the bottle body release from thebottle body 29. Thus the effect of the present invention is achieved. - Advantages of the present invention are that:
- 1. When updating the inner bag, the pressure release valve is pressed and a guide tube of a negative pressure device is pulled out for updating the inner bag.
- 2. During the process of updating, the pressure release valve is pressed for updating the inner bag. The process is quick and the conveniently.
- The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
