Description
- The invention relates to a dust collector, especially refers to a disposable and foldable precision device dust collector for the digital camera lens or sensors.
- Currently, with the development of the science and technology, a variety of high-precision instruments, such as high-precision medical equipments, imaging lens, high-precision sensors are bringing tremendous changes for people's lives. However, these high-precision instruments are relatively precious, not only because of their requirements of millions or even ten millions of dust-free workshop for manufacturing, but also because of their requirements for spotless in using. Therefore, how to clear the dust that sticking in these high-precision equipments or devices has been bothering to many ordinary users. In this respect, a variety of dust collectors are appearing on the market, such as Chinese utility model with application number 200520043217.7 which disclosed digital sensor cleaning pen, mainly including a flat wiper with cleanser, a flat scraper, light transmission rod and light source generator, wherein the cleaning pen is use the cleanser to clean the sensor which is easier to damage the sensor or cause secondary pollution, furthermore, it has the biggest deficiency for its complicated structure and high cost.
- Aiming at the shortcomings above in existing technology, the invention is to provide a disposable dust collector for precision device with simple structure, effective for dust cleaning and low cost.
- For achieving the objective above, this invention adopts the following technical solution:
- A disposable dust collector for precision device, including handle and dust collecting terminal, wherein the handle is divided into the left and the right interconnection piece, and then the left and the right interconnection piece are separately connecting with the left and the right dust collecting terminal and are able to fold up along with the interconnecting piece of the dust collecting terminal, in this way of coordination that composed of the dust collector.
- The foresaid dust collecting terminal is a self-adhesive dust collecting terminal, mainly including baseplate and self-adhesive dust-binding site, wherein the self-adhesive dust-binding site is adhere to the baseplate; and then the left and the right interconnection piece are separately connecting with the left and the right side of baseplate and are able to fold along with the edge of left and right side of baseplate interconnecting piece, in this way of coordination that composed of the dust collector.
- The foresaid left and the right interconnection piece have orientation device in the corresponding connecting location after folding up.
- The foresaid orientation device is the stationary convex that placed in the left interconnecting piece and the groove that placed in the right interconnecting piece, wherein the stationary convex and the groove are corresponding to each other and connecting with each other.
- The foresaid the left and the right interconnection piece is linearly thickening out forward from the dust collecting terminal interconnection piece.
- The foresaid the left and the right interconnection piece is elastic interconnection piece.
- The foresaid handle includes a grab handle, wherein the grab handle is stationery connecting with the other end of the left interconnection piece, and the left interconnection piece has stationery convex inside one end that next to the grab handle while in the right interconnecting piece has a groove corresponding to the location of the stationery convex after folding up, wherein the stationary convex and the groove in an interference fit.
- The foresaid the left and the right interconnection piece, baseplate and grab handle are jointless by the PP or paper materials.
- The foresaid dust collecting terminal includes a disjuncting layer, wherein the disjuncting layer is plastic film and adheres to the self-adhesive dust-binding site, while there is a stretch film in the edge of the disjuncting layer for the convenience of stripping.
- The foresaid stationery convex is integral multiple of the number of grooves, wherein the stationery convex is in line arrangement along the axial direction; by the coordination of the groove and the stationery convex in different parts, to realize the different included angles between the dust collecting terminal and the left and the right interconnection piece.
- By the adopting of the above structure, the invention could be unfolded and then packed, when we need to use it, we could replicate and fix the dust collector, then we could process the dust cleaning for digital camera lens, sensor and so on, after cleaning it could be discarded. The main features are the simple structure and low cost.
-
FIG. 1 is the structure drawing of the invention; -
FIG. 2 is the expanded view of the invention; -
FIG. 3 is the vertical view of theFIG. 2 ; -
FIG. 4 is the enlarged view of the A inFIG. 3 . - Further explanation to the utility model is stated below combining with the attached figures:
- As shown in
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , a disposable dust collector for precision device, including handle and dust collecting terminal, wherein the handle includes a grab handle 1 and the section of grab handle 1 next to the dust collecting terminal is divided into the left and theright interconnection piece right interconnection piece dust collecting terminal 4, and there is a crimp in the interconnecting piece, so that the left and theright interconnection piece dust collecting terminal 4. The left and theright interconnection piece dust collecting terminal 4 interconnection piece with a certain elastic deformation space. The left and theright interconnection piece - The
dust collecting terminal 4 is a self-adhesive dust collecting terminal, mainly includingbaseplate 41, self-adhesive dust-bindingsite 42 and disjunctinglayer 43, wherein the self-adhesive dust-bindingsite 42 is adhere to thebaseplate 41; and then the left and theright interconnection piece baseplate 41 interconnecting piece, in this way of coordination that composed of the dust collector. The disjunctinglayer 43 is plastic film and adheres to the self-adhesive dust-binding site 42, while there is astretch film 44 in the edge of the disjunctinglayer 43 for the convenience of stripping. - In using, we pick out the dust collector from the bag, and fold up the left and right interconnecting
piece - The invention has the merit of simple structure, convenient to use and low cost, which is suitable for ordinary users.
