Abstract
A roller action wrapping bag that can be wrapped and unwrapped around itself with a roller action for keeping the edible or non edible dry and moist contents intact therein for their unique physical and chemical properties until they are consumed or used within a reasonable length of time. The roller action wrapping bag has a galvanized steel wire or a set of wires of other bendable material, with a gauge that can retain its position when it is bended, rolled or twisted along with the soft material of the bag, concealed vertically at the back of the bag and preferably in the middle and necessarily from the top edge of the bag.
Description
- The embodiments described herein relate to the soft bags and, more particularly, to the family size snack bags carrying crispy snacks such as potato chips, corn chips, nachos, popcorns, or any other crispy or non crispy edible contents like seeds, nuts, or dry fruits etc. which need to remain unpolluted and untainted until they are consumed or used within a reasonable length of time.
- It has been a long time problem that once the soft snack bag particularly the family size snack bag is opened for consuming of its crispy or non crispy edible contents, it needs to be clipped on or wrapped up with a rubber-band at the top-opening of the bag to keep the remaining or the residual edible contents untainted therein. The other available method to keep the remaining or the residual edible contents crispy or untainted is to transfer the contents of the bag into another container like air tight jar or a plastic zip-lock bag which anyway is not meant for keeping the contents crispy. This type of content's transfer from the original bag can be done by grownups but with some unavoidable mess but the children will not likely be handling this kind of content's transfer from the opened snack bag and because of their most likely ignorant behavior; they prefer to consume decayed and musty contents which will have serious effects on their health. Besides, it is extremely inconvenient for anybody to place that bag with something wrapped around it.
- The same problem exists for the other type of soft bags containing the moist or dry edible contents that need to be intact or uncontaminated in the same original soft bag if some of the contents are used or consumed by the consumer.
- The same problem also exists for the moist and dry non-edible contents like soil bags, fertilizer bags, etc.
- It is therefore apparent that there exists a need in the method to get the opened soft bag wrapped effortlessly right there to keep the edible contents hygienic and non edible contents uncontaminated.
- This invention provides a way of handy wrapping up of opened soft bag containing edible or non edible moist or the dry contents, which can be conveniently wrapped around itself by a roller action starting from the top towards the bottom of the soft bag for keeping the contents of the bag intact therein for their unique properties.
- The regular soft bag containing the crispy or non crispy edible or non edible contents, can either be converted itself into a roller action wrapping bag or can be placed into a reusable roller action wrapping bag if the contents are not initially sealed and packed in the roller action wrapping bag.
- The regular soft bag can be converted into a roller action wrapping bag by placing one or more one-sided self sticking roller action wrapping strip vertically at the back of the bag and preferably in the middle from the top edge of the soft bag, having a concealed galvanized steel wire or of the soft wire of other bendable properties with a gauge that can retain its position when it is bended, rolled or twisted along with the soft material of the bag.
- This reusable roller action wrapping bag as being a carrier of a regular soft bag can be of any soft material and not necessarily of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) normally used for carrying crispy snacks, will have a vertical concealed strip in the middle and at the back of the bag having a galvanized steel wire or of the soft wire of other bendable properties with a gauge that can retain its position when it is bended, rolled or twisted along with the soft material of the bag.
- The roller action wrapping bag as being a direct packaging of the contents can be of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and other related material normally used for carrying crispy snacks and not necessarily of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) normally used for carrying crispy snacks, will have a vertical concealed strip in the middle and at the back of the bag having a galvanized steel wire or of the soft wire of other bendable properties with a gauge that can retain its position when it is bended, rolled or twisted along with the soft material of the bag. These and other features, aspects, and embodiments are described below in the section entitled “Detailed Description.”
- Features, aspects, and embodiments are described in conjunction with the attached drawings, in which:
-
FIG. 1 is the back view of a regular soft bag according to one embodiment of this invention; -
FIG. 2 is the view of a self sticking strip of galvanized steel wire or of the soft wire of other bendable material which retain its position when bended, rolled or twisted according to one embodiment of this invention; -
FIG. 3 is the back view of the roller action wrapping bag with a concealed soft wire either in the vertical self sticking strip placed in the middle or vertically in the middle, outside at the back of the bag itself. -
FIG. 4 is the view of placing the regular soft bag precisely into the reusable roller action wrapping bag. -
FIG. 5 is the front view of the roller action wrapping bag while in a wrapped position with the use of a concealed soft wire either in the vertical strip placed in the middle or vertically in the middle at outside the back of the bag itself. - According to the embodiments described herein, a roller action wrapping bag can be produced. That is, one or more soft wires sealed vertically in the middle and in the back of the bag.
-
FIG. 1 is back view of a regularsoft bag 1 sealed 2 at its top. -
FIG. 2 is a view of theself sticking strip 3 of galvanizedsteel wire 4 or of thesoft wire 4 of other bendable material with an ability of retaining its position when bended, rolled or twisted. -
FIG. 3 is the back view of rolleraction wrapping bag 5 with a concealedsoft wire 4 sealed and hidden vertically in theself sticking strip 3 or in the middle of thebag 5. Thewire 4 is placed outside at the back of the rolleraction wrapping bag 5 in order to avoid its accidently contact with food. -
FIG. 4 is showing how precisely the regularsoft bag 1 with an opened sealed 2 at the top can be placed inside the reusable rolleraction wrapping bag 5 which has a galvanizedsteel wire 4 or of thesoft wire 4 of other bendable properties with a gauge that can retain its position when it is bended, rolled or twisted along with the soft material of thebag 5. -
FIG. 5 is showing how the rolleraction wrapping bag 5 looks like when is wrapped over its openings at the top. Thesteel wire 4 placed in the middle of thebag 5 is retaining its position while wrapped around thebag 5.
