Abstract

The present invention relates to a shoe with sole having function of health care, characterized in that the top surface of the sole that touches the palm of foot is made low at front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape, so during wearing, because the top surface of sole is in touch with the palm of foot, it can fit snugly with the foot, such that the foot can evenly bear the weight of the body, then effectively avoid the bone of foot become skewed because of the feet is bearing unevenly the body weight, the above advantages can further corrects body posture, then enhances health of body.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a shoe with a sole having function of health care, specifically to a shoe with a sole designed in according to the curve of foot bottom, which can fit snugly with the foot and prevent body from tiling when wearing, thus has a function of health care.
  • 2. Description of Prior Art
  • The most complex and complicate structure of human bones and skeleton should belong to palm of hand and foot, among these two, the foot is formed by 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles, as the feet have to bear more than tens kilogram of body weight for approximately 9-10 hours a day, adding the impact force generated as walking, these factors become great burden to the structure of feet of such accuracy and complexity. If we do not wear suitable shoes in order to protect our feet and periodically do examination by ourselves or doctor, our feet will get injured more frequently compared to other body parts.
  • However, the conventionally designed shoes are not giving sufficient concern to the health issue of the feet and spine. As shown in FIG. 1A and 1B, conventional shoes consist of a vamp 11 and sole 12, the vamp 11 is established above the sole 12, and the sole 12 is constructed by conjunction of a pad sole 121 above a base sole 122, as the sole 12 are usually designed with a flat top surface which cannot fit closely along with palm of foot, it lacks supportive force to the concave portion in the middle of foot, therefore after wearing for a long period of time, the foot will because bearing uneven body weight for such long period of time then causing shift of body bones and skeleton, skew of body spine, or causing back problems or other related illnesses.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • For these defects noticeable on the prior art, an improvement is seriously required. The inventor has dedicated great efforts for years to studying and improving these defects and come up with a novel shoe with a sole having function of health care thereof as provided in this invention.
  • The object of present invention is to provide a shoe with a sole having function of health care that is innovatively designed, scientifically structured, comfortable to wear, and able to correct body attitude.
  • According to the above mentioned object of present invention, the sole of the shoe having function of health care in present invention is preferably constructed by the conjunction of a pad sole and a base sole, the said pad is established above the base sole, and the said pad sole is composed by one or more than one pieces of pad, with its top surface made low at the front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape.
  • In alternative, the said sole is composed by a base sole only, with the top surface of the base sole made low at the front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape.
  • In alternative, the said sole comprises a pad sole which top surface is low at the front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape, this pad sole is put on top of a base sole which has a flat top surface, and the base sole can be seen from outside.
  • In a further alternative, the said sole comprises a pad sole which top surface is low at the front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape, this pad sole is put inside a base sole which has a surrounding edge, and then the base sole is exposed be seen from outside while the pad sole cannot be seen because it is hidden inside the surrounding edge of base sole.
  • As a result, when wearing, because such sole of shoe has a layout distribution of low at front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape, such design enables the sole to fit snugly with the palm of foot, which enables the foot bearing the body weight evenly, this avoids body bones and skeleton get skewed because of the foot is bearing the weight of body unevenly, and further corrects people's body posture, enhance the health of body.
  • A more complete understanding of these and other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from a careful consideration of the following detailed description of certain embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1A is a cross-sectional illustrative view showing a conventional shoe.
  • FIG. 1B is an illustrative view showing people's foot when wearing conventional shoe.
  • FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional illustrative view showing the shoe of present invention.
  • FIG. 2B is an illustrative view showing people's foot when wearing the shoe of present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is an illustrative view showing the sole of shoe in present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is an illustrative view showing an alternative example of the sole of shoe in present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is an illustrative view showing another alternative example of the sole of shoe in present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The present invention relates to a shoe with a sole having function of health care, please refer to FIGS. 2A and 2B, the shoe of present invention has a sole 21 that is put under vamp of the shoe 20 and conjoins to the vamp of shoe as one piece, the sole is composed by a base 22, the top surface of which is made low at front and back, and arised in the middle to form a convex shape 220, because of such design, upon wearing, the middle arised part of the sole fits snugly with the concave part of the bottom of the foot, this avoids the condition of foot bearing the weight of body unevenly, so avoids shift of body bones and skeleton and skew of backbone.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 2A and 2B, the exterior bottom of base of the shoe of present invention is flat and has various bumpy trace 230.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 2A, 2B and 3, in the further example of the shoe of present invention, the said base sole 22 is constructed to be low at front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape 220, and the base sole 22 has surrounding edge 221.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 2A, 2B and 4, in the alternative example of the shoe of present invention, the said sole is constructed by the conjunction of pad sole 23 and base sole 22, the pad sole 23 is put on top of the base sole 22 and the pad sole 23 is composed by one or more than one pieces of pad 231, 232, which top surface is made low at front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape 230. The pad sole 23 can be seen from outside, and the pads 232 of the sole can form a surrounding edge 240.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 2A, 2B and 5, as shown, in another alternative example of the shoe of present invention, the said sole is constructed by the conjunction of pad sole 23 and base sole 22, the pad sole 23 is laid inside the base sole 22 surrounded by the surrounding edge 221, and the top surface of pad sole is low at front and back and arised in the middle to form a convex shape 230, and the pad sole 23 is hidden inside the surrounding edge 221 and cannot be seen.
  • In the above examples of the sole of present invention, when it is constructed into a shoe, it can be referred to as FIGS. 2A, 2B, 4 and 5, be composed by a pad sole 23 which is low at front and back and arised in the middle to form a bulge laying on top of a flat base sole 22, this composition enables the sole being seen below the vamp of the shoe.
