Description
- The present invention relates to an improved zipper pack, and in particular to an improved zipper pack in which a synthetic resin zipper is thermally adhered at a corner portion of a pack at an inclination angle for thereby forming an opening part, and an automatic fabrication is obtained, and stuff is not inputted into the female and male zippers of a synthetic resin zipper unless an opening part is opened in a zipper pack product which contains micro powder or liquid stuff in a pack.
- Generally, a zipper pack formed by thermally adhering a synthetic resin zipper is provided with a thermal adhering wing in which a female zipper and a male zipper are provided at both sides of the same, which form a synthetic resin zipper. The dual wing type synthetic resin zipper is constituted in such a manner that a straight thermal adhering portion is formed at an upper side of a pack in the left, right and widthwise directions. Namely, it cannot be formed at a corner portion of the pack in a diagonal direction.
- In the automatic fabrication line for fabricating a pack using a synthetic resin source material, it is possible to transfer a source material even when the wings of the zipper are thermally bonded while the synthetic resin zipper is being inserted in the direction that the synthetic resin source material is transferred. However, it is impossible to transfer the source material in the case that the wings of the zipper are thermally bonded while the synthetic resin zipper is inserted in the diagonal direction.
- So as to overcome the above problem, the applicant of the present invention developed the Korean utility model No. 339490.
- In the above Korean utility model No. 339490, the corner open type zipper pack is fabricated using a synthetic resin material zipper in which a thermal bonding wing is provided at only one side of the same. In the synthetic resin zipper of a zipper pack, only the wing formed in the outer direction (corner direction) of the corner is thermally bonded with the pack, and the female and male zippers formed in the inner direction of the corner are not thermally bonded and are exposed to the inner side of the pack, so that the stuff filled in the pack contacts with the exposed female and male zippers and may be inputted between the female and male zippers for thereby generating a defective product.
- For example, in the case that micro powder such as wheat flour or flat cake flour or liquid stuff such as source is filled in the pack, when the stuff is filled into an empty zipper pack, the stuff does not contact with the female and male zippers of the synthetic resin zipper, so that the stuff is not directly inputted between the female and male zippers. However, while the product having a sealed injection part is being moved after the stuff is filled, the stuff may contact with the female and male zippers exposed to the inner side of the pack, so that the micro powder or liquid stuff may be inputted between the female and male zippers. In a state that the corner open part of the zipper pack is not opened, when the stuff is inputted into the synthetic resin zipper of the open part, the customer could think that a corresponding product may be defective.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved zipper pack which overcomes the problems encountered in the conventional art.
- It is another object of the present invention to provide an improved zipper pack in which a synthetic resin zipper is inserted into a corner portion of one side of a zipper pack in a diagonal direction, and a wing of one side, which is formed in an outer direction of a corner is thermally adhered for thereby fabricating a zipper pack, and stuff is filled into the pack, and an injection part is thermally bonded. With the above construction, when stuff is packed in the zipper pack, the stuff is not inputted into the female and male zippers of the synthetic resin zipper.
- To achieve the above objects, in a zipper pack in which a synthetic resin zipper is inserted into a corner of one side of a pack made of a synthetic resin source material, and wings of one side of each of a female zipper and a male zipper are thermally bonded with the inner surfaces of both sides of the pack, there is provided an improved zipper pack characterized in that wings are formed at both sides of each of the female zipper and the male zipper, and the wings of one side of each of the female and male zippers are separated and formed in the direction of a corner of the zipper pack and are thermally bonded with the inner surfaces of both sides of the pack, and the ends of the wings of the other side of each of the female and male zippers, which are not thermally bonded with the inner surfaces of both sides of the pack and are formed in the inner direction of the pack, are thermally bonded so that the stuff filled in the zipper pack does not contact with the female and male zippers.

FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view taken along line C-C ofFIG. 7 . - As shown therein, reference numeral 1 is a zipper pack. In the descriptions of the present invention, a stand type zipper pack is adapted. The bottom of the same is inwardly folded. When stuff is filled into the zipper pack, the folded portions are unfolded for thereby providing a large volume.
- As shown in
FIG. 2 , in the synthetic resin zipper which is inserted into a corner of one side of the zipper pack 1 in the diagonal direction and is thermally bonded, wings male zippers - The
synthetic resin zipper 2 is inserted into a corner of one side in a diagonal direction, with the corner being provided with anopen part 11 of the zipper pact 1. In a state that thewings male zippers surface 12 and theback surface 14 at the inner side of the zipper pack 1, and thewings surface 12 and theback surface 13 of the zipper pack 1. - The zipper pack 1 may be fabricated by the automatic mass production method so that only
wings surface 12 and theback surface 13 of the zipper pack. - As shown in
FIGS. 7 and 8 , the syntheticresin source materials synthetic resin zipper 2 is inserted between the upper and lowerside source materials source material wings male zippers source materials wings source materials thermal adhering molds wings male zippers upper source material 3 a and thewing 23 a of one side of thefemale zipper 21 are thermally bonded with each other, and thelower source material 3 b and thewing 24 a of one side of theresin zipper 22 are thermally bonded. In a state that thewings male zippers lower source materials source materials synthetic resin zipper 2 based on the size of the zipper pack 1 can be automatically performed. So, the corner of one side of the upper end of the zipper pack 1 can be thermally bonded in a state that thesynthetic resin zipper 2 is inserted, and the corner of the other side of thesynthetic resin zipper 2, in which thesynthetic resin zipper 2 is not provided, is not thermally bonded. With the above construction, the stuff is filled into theinjection part 14, so that the zipper pack 1 is fabricated. - In the
synthetic resin zipper 2 thermally bonded with a corner of one side in which theopening part 11 of the zipper pack 1 is formed, thewings injection part 14 of the zipper pack 1 does not contact with the female andmale zippers - Therefore, when the zipper pack 1 filled with stuff is stored or transferred or is arranged at a shelf of a shop, the stuff does not contact with the female and
male zippers - When the
opening part 11 is cut along a cutting line so as to open the zipper pack 1 in which thesynthetic resin zipper 2 is thermally bonded at the corner of one side, thewings synthetic resin zipper 2 thermally bonded with thesurface 12 and theback surface 13 are opened, and the user widens thesurface 12 and theback surface 13 of thecut opening part 11 in the reverse direction, so that the female andmale zippers wings 23 b and 24 of the other side can be easily opened, whereby theopening part 11 can be fully opened. Therefore, the stuff can be easily taken out. When theopening part 11 is sealed again after part of the stuff is taken out, the stuff attached to the female andmale zippers male zippers - As described above, even when stuff is inputted into the zipper pack according to the present invention, the stuff does not contact with the synthetic resin zipper. While the product of the zipper pack is being stored or transferred, the stuff is not inputted into the synthetic resin zipper of the opening part, so that it is possible to prevent any defects of the product. The customers may purchase the zipper pack product without worries. When the zipper pack product is opened, the opening part is cut along the cutting line in the known method and is widened, so that the synthetic resin zipper can be effectively opened. After part of the stuff is taken out, the zipper pack can be closed and sealed, so that the stuff stored in the zipper pack can be safely stored.
