Abstract

The invention is a kind of infrared ray activity pipe. It is made by materials which can radiate infrared ray. The infrared ray activity pipe can be a hollow pipe or can be a hollow pipe with an infrared ray radiative body set on an axis in the chamber of pipe. When fluids flow through the internal channel and contact with the external wall of the pipe, an activity effect will occur to the fluids.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an infrared ray activity pipe, and more particularly to an activity device that can activate all kinds of beverage fluids for drinking directly, and can be carried personally by a user, so as to effectively activate beverages for drinking. On the other hand, carrying this infrared ray activity pipe personally can facilitate improving a micro circulation function of a human body, and enhancing metabolism of the human body, thereby positively assisting health care.
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art
  • In recent years, scientists have found that an infrared ray has an amazing effect that energy of the infrared ray can cut off the hydrogen bond between water molecules, and reduce the size of a chunk of water molecule, so as to easily expel chlorine in water, and remove the odor of chlorine. If the size of chunk of water molecules is reduced, the oxygen dissolvability will be increased, and the water molecules can be activated, so as to enable wine and all kinds of beverages to be tasteful instantly. On the other hand, the effect of activating water molecules by the infrared ray in medical health care includes a prevention of stone generation, a delay of aging, a promotion of metabolism, an inhibition of germ growing, etc after drinking water. However, the activity function of water after being activated will be gradually decreased with time. Therefore, for beverages such as bottled water and energy water sold on the existing market, their activity function will be greatly decreased if they are kept for too long. Hence it is better to drink the activated water or energy water as soon as they are manufactured. As most of the activity devices used for activating water and other beverages such as “energy water drinking machine,” “energy cup”, etc, that has been developed domestically or internationally is large in size, therefore it needs to be installed in a fixed place for use without being able to carry personally. Moreover, as the price is more expensive, hence the willingness of purchase is reduced for some customers. In addition, although ceramic rings or ceramic plates that have a function of infrared ray radiation is small in size, it is still inconvenient to carry and use them; they should be put into beverages for a long time in order to create the activity effect, and the ceramic rings are easily to break apart. Accordingly, an infrared ray activity pipe which is small in size, light in weight, easy to carry and use, simple to clean and maintain, and inexpensive is invented for activating beverages when a user drinks water or other beverages, thereby facilitating the increase of willingness of purchase for customers, and in turn improving human health and well-being.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 1, it shows a perspective view of compartments of the present invention. An infrared ray activity pipe 01 consists of a hollow pipe 02 and two connectors 03, wherein the hollow pipe 02 and the two connectors 03 are made by special plastic material, ceramic material, or glass material that has a function of radiating infrared ray, two ends of the hollow pipe 02 are provided with threads 021 for screwing with the connectors 03, and one end of the connectors 03 is provided with threads 031 for screwing with the hollow pipe 02.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, the hollow pipe 02 and two connectors 03 can continuously radiate infrared ray, so as to generate a resonance effect to fluid molecules which flow through an internal channel 05 and are in contact with an external wall of the pipe, thereby constituting a superior fluid activity effect.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, it shows a perspective view of compartments of another implementation of the present invention. An infrared ray activity pipe 01′ consists of a hollow pipe 02′, two connectors 03′, and an infrared ray radiation body 04, wherein the hollow pipe 02′, the two connectors 03′ and the infrared ray radiative body 04 are made by special plastic material, ceramic material, or glass material that has a function of radiating infrared ray, two ends of the hollow pipe 02′ are provided with threads 021′ for screwing with the connectors 03′, and one end of the connectors 03′ is provided with threads 031′ for screwing with the hollow pipe 02′.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, there are eight positioning flanges 041 on a top of the infrared ray radiative body 04, so as to position the infrared ray radiative body 04 in the hollow pipe 02′, and to form a ring of channel 05′ between an inner wall 021′ and external wall of the hollow pipe 02′. As the hollow pipe 02′, two connectors 03′, and the infrared ray radiative body 04 can continuously radiate infrared ray, a resonance effect can be generated to fluid molecules which flow through the ring of channel 05′ and are in contact with the external wall of the pipe, thereby constituting a superior fluid activity effect.
  • Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, it shows a schematic view of applications of the present invention. An infrared ray activity pipe 01 and 01′ can be applied to beverages in a cup 06 and beverages in a bottle 07, and activate the beverages upon drinking. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, the infrared ray activity pipe 01 and 01′ can also be sheathed with an ordinary straw 08, so as to activate beverages for drinking.
  • As the infrared ray activity pipe can serve as a portable activity device, has a superior effect, can reduce a size of a chunk of water molecules in drinking water and beverages, can increase the oxygen dissolvability and content of anions, and can enable all kinds of beverages and wine to be tasteful instantly, therefore it is extremely valuable on the commercial market. On the other hand, in the area of medical health care, as the infrared ray activity pipe can activate and ionize water and beverages instantly, an effect of preventing stone generation, delaying aging, promoting metabolism, etc can actually be generated after drinking, therefore it should have a great potential of development in application to preventing chronic diseases and promoting human health.
  • It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
