Abstract
“DOCUMENTS PROVISORY GROUPER AND ORGANIZER DEVICE” has as purpose a device to organize documents temporarily assembled helping with the grouping and standardization of taking notes, it being also possible to insert date and subject, besides fields for putting logos or indicating the company sector. Such device consists of a piece of paper foldable in two parts for grouping paper sheets at their upper right or left comers. Preferably, an upper portion and a laterally extending flap portion fold under and secure together, to form a sleeve for receiving a plurality of paper sheets inserted into the sleeve.
Description
- The present invention has, as its purpose, a device to organize documents temporarily assembled, being an excellent accessory for offices and the like.
- Usually, office tables, across which a great quantity of documents flow, have at the end of the day several papers fixed by clips and other types of pegs. In general, these documents fixed have small notes in order to indicate the content of the papers attached thereto.
- Since there is not a standard form of taking notes, usually documents are lost or forgotten among the other papers.
- Taking that into consideration, a device was created to help with the grouping and standardization of taking notes, it being also possible to insert date and subject, besides fields for putting logos or indicating the company sector.
- The drawing attached hereto shows a preferred embodiment of the “DOCUMENTS PROVISORY GROUPER AND ORGANIZER DEVICE”, which is the subject of this patent application, in which:—
- FIG. 1 represents such device at the original position, in which are pointed out a fold (01), a data indicator (02), a rim or flap (03), a place (04) in which a pin, staple or clip is put, a company or sector indicator (05) and a subject indicator (06).
- According to the drawing mentioned above, the proposed object consists of a piece of paper or cardboard, foldable in two parts for grouping paper sheets at the upper right or left comer.
- Through the upper fold (01), which is adapted to be folded behind the paper sheets and over the lateral flap or rim (03), which portions can be secured together with glue, clip or staple, there is formed a rectangular element, split in two with a face including fields for organization by date (02), subject (06) and sector (05) or company. The devices also have a place for fixing by pin, staple or clip.
- As observed, according to the description above, the proposed structure presents a series of advantages over the prior art, besides its novelty, that warrants the legal protection claimed hereby.
