Abstract

The present invention provides a multi-rotor ceiling fan device comprising a ceiling fan body and a rack body. The ceiling fan body is made of aluminum or stainless steel, and comprises a joining body and a hanging rod. The rack body is made of aluminum or stainless steel, and comprises two or more supporting rods and two or more rotor fans. The multi-rotor ceiling fan utilizes hydromechanics principle to control the rotation angle of wind with rotor fans at two sides so as to generate air convection thrust of different speeds and lead the rack body to rotate, hence saving and stabilizing electric energy, enhancing lifetime of use of each structural unit, and increasing visual advertising effect.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a multi-rotor ceiling fan device and, more particularly, to a ceiling fan device, which utilizes hydromechanics principle and the velocity (angle and speed) of wind generated by mobile rotor fans to produce air convection thrust of different speeds, thereby leading the whole ceiling fan device to rotate at different speeds. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device has a small volume, is not bulky, and occupies little space. Moreover, entanglement of internal conducting wires thereof due to rotation will not arise, and stable electric power can be kept. The present invention also provides advertising visual effect in practical applications and novel particularity in structural design. [0001]
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional [0002] ceiling fan lamp 10 a comprises a motor shell body 11 a, two or more fan leaves 12 a, a lamp body 13 a, and a hanging rod 14 a. The fan leaves 12 a are disposed on the outer peripheral edge of the motor shell body 11 a. A rotating motor 15 a, conducting wires 16 a, and a control device 17 a are disposed on the motor shell body 11 a. The lamp body 13 a is joined at the bottom edge of the motor shell body 11 a. The hanging rod 14 a is joined at the top end of the motor shell body 11 a to be connected to exterior. After being connected to the rotating motor 15 a and the control device 17 a, the conducting wires 16 a penetrate through the hanging rod 14 a and are properly connected to exterior to form a power circuit, thereby providing dynamic energy for the rotating motor 15 a and leading the fan leaves 12 a of the motor shell body 11 a to rotate jointly. Additionally, the conducting wires 16 a are also connected to the lamp body 13 a, which is used to provide normal illumination. The ceiling fan lamp 10 a is thus formed. Because the functions of a fan and a lamp are provided, the ceiling fan lamp 10 a was very popular formerly.
  • The above [0003] ceiling fan lamp 10 a uses the control device 17 a to adjust and control the rotating motor 15 a for leading the fan leaves to 12 a rotate. However, this design may easily malfunction due to factors such as insufficient supply of power and improper disposition of motor. Moreover, normal power supply function may be affected due to rotation and entanglement problem of internal conducting wires, hence resulting in decrease of lifetime of use. Furthermore, the structure is bulky to lose its decorative effect, or is uninteresting to have no visual and advertising effects.
  • Accordingly, the above [0004] ceiling fan lamp 10 a has inconvenience and drawbacks in practical applications. The present invention aims to resolve the problems in the prior art.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of the present invention is to provide a multi-rotor ceiling fan device comprising a ceiling fan body and a rack body. Novel structural design and hydromechanics principle are exploited to control the rotation angle of wind with mobile rotor fans disposed at the outer peripheral edge so as to generate air convection thrust of different speeds, thereby leading the whole ceiling fan to rotate at different speeds. A motor is no longer the primary engine of rotation, but instantaneous power is provided from exterior so that the mobile rotor fans can generate variation to lead the whole ceiling fan to rotate. Meanwhile, continual rubbing of a voltage body and soft protuberances of a carbon brusher provides stable electric energy for continual rotation, hence effectively increasing lifetime of use. Moreover, entanglement problem of conducting wires will not arise. Additionally, a joining body of the multi-rotor ceiling fan can join a lamp body therein to provide illumination. A ceiling fan device occupying little space and having practical use, multiple functions, and visual advertising effect is thus provided. [0005]
  • To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a multi-rotor ceiling fan device comprising a ceiling fan body and a rack body. The ceiling fan body comprises a joining body and a hanging rod, and is made of aluminum or stainless steel. The rack body comprises two or more supporting rods and two or more rotor fans, and is made of aluminum or stainless steel. The ceiling fan body and the rack body are properly joined and assembled to form a multi-rotor ceiling fan device having a novel structural design and achieving absolute effect in function. [0006]

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • As shown in FIGS. [0016] 2 to 5, the present invention provides a multi-rotor ceiling fan device 10 comprising a rack body 11 and a ceiling fan body 21. The rack body 11 comprises two or more supporting rods 12 and two or more rotor fans 13, and is made of aluminum or stainless steel. Each of the rotor fans 13 of the rack body 11 comprises a plurality of fan leaves 14 and a fan body 15. A rotating motor 16 is disposed in the fan body 15 to join a connector end 17 of the supporting rod 12.
  • The [0017] ceiling fan body 21 comprises a joining body 22 and a hanging rod 23, and is made of aluminum or stainless steel. The joining body 22 comprises a top shell 24, a rotating joint disk 25, and a bottom shell 26. A through hole 27 is disposed at the upper end of the top shell 24 so that the hanging rod 23 can pass therethrough to connect the joining body 22. A distributor 28, a rotation device 29, a braking device 30, and a fixing axial tube 31 are disposed on the rotating joint disk 25. The distributor 28 properly connects a voltage body 32, a carbon brusher 33, a transformer set 34, and conducting wires 351, 352, 353, 354, 355, and 356 to the rotating joint disk 25. A plurality of soft protuberances 36 are disposed on the carbon brusher 33 and are properly connected to the voltage body 32. The transformer set 34 is properly joined with the voltage body 32 to provide a stable voltage. The rotation device 29 comprises gears 371 and 372. The gear 371 is disposed on the fixing axial tube 31, and the gear 372 is disposed in the braking device 30. A bi-directional sleeve 38 is disposed at the upper end of the fixing axial tube 31 to connect the hanging rod 23 for facilitating hanging. The braking device 30 is formed by properly joining a supporting shaft 40 penetrating through a spring 39 and an electric sheet structure 41. A soft sleeve 42 is sleeved onto the upper end of the supporting shaft 40. The gear 372 of the rotation device 29 is fixedly disposed on the peripheral edge of the soft sleeve 42, and properly meshes the gear 371 on the fixing axial tube 31, hence providing braking and balanced friction to stably stop rotation.
  • A plurality of [0018] fixing holes 43 are disposed on the outer peripheral edge of the rotating joint disk 25. The fixing holes 43 are connected with the supporting rod 12 of the rack body 11 to lead the rotor fans 13 at two sides of the supporting rod 12 to rotate. The lower side of the rotating joint disk 25 joins a lamp body 44, or does not join a lamp body to form a single bottom shell, as shown in FIG. 5.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, the conducting [0019] wires 351 and 352 are disposed on the voltage body 32 of the distributor 28 of the multi-rotor ceiling fan 10, and then pass through the fixing axial tube 31 and the hanging rod 23 to be connected to exterior. The conducting wires 353, 354, 355, and 356 are disposed on the carbon brusher 33, electrically connected to one another through contact of the carbon brusher 33 with the voltage body 32, and connected to the rotating motor 16 in the fan body 15 of the rack 11, hence forming a power supply circuit having no entanglement problem arising from rotation. Conducting wires 357 and 358 in the lamp body 44 are inbuilt in the fixing axial tube 31 and the hanging rod 23 on the rotating joint disk 25, and are connected to exterior to form a power source circuit for illumination.
  • As shown in FIG. 7, the power source of the [0020] multi-rotor ceiling fan 10 is controlled by an external control device, transferred to the voltage body 32 and the carbon brusher 33 of the distributor 28 via the conducting wires 351 and 352, and then transferred through the supporting rod 12 to the rotating motor 16 in the fan body 15 via the conducting wires 353, 354, 355, and 356 on the carbon brusher 33, thereby letting the fan leaves 14 of the rotor fans 13 at two sides generate instantaneous rotation. Because of inverse convection of wind, air thrust is generated to lead the rack body 11 and the rotating joint disk 25 to rotate, and simultaneously drive the soft protuberances of the carbon brusher 33 continually touch the peripheral edge of the voltage body 32, hence providing continual and stable electric energy for rotation. Additionally, the braking device 30 provides braking and balanced force between the gears 371 and 372 during rotation. Moreover, different angles of the rotor fans 13 can be adjusted and controlled to vary rotation speed.
  • Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the [0021] braking device 30 can also be omitted in the present invention to simplify the whole structure.
  • To sum up, the multi-rotor ceiling fan device of the present invention has a small volume, is not bulky, and occupies little space. Additionally, entanglement of internal conducting wires thereof due to rotation will not arise, and stable electric power can be kept. Moreover, the present invention can provide advertising visual effect in practical applications and novel particularity in structural design. [0022]
  • Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiment thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and other will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. [0023]

Claims (16)

I claim:
1. A multi-rotor ceiling fan device, comprising:
a rack body comprising two or more supporting rods and two or more rotor fans; and
a ceiling fan body comprising a joining body and a hanging rod, said ceiling fan body and said rack body being properly joined and assembled.
2. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rack body is made of aluminum or stainless steel.
3. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rotor fan comprises a plurality of fan leaves and a fan body.
4. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a rotating motor is disposed in said fan body.
5. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said ceiling fan body is made of aluminum or stainless steel.
6. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said joining body comprises a top shell, a rotating joint disk, and a bottom shell.
7. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a through hole is disposed at an upper end of said top shell, and said hanging rod passes through said through hole to connect said joining body.
8. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of fixing holes are disposed on an outer peripheral edge of said rotating joint disk, and said fixing holes can connect sad supporting rods of said rack body to facilitate rotation of said rotor fans.
9. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a distributor, a rotation device, a braking device, and a fixing axial tube are disposed on said rotating joint disk.
10. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 9, wherein said distributor comprises a voltage body, a carbon brusher, a transformer set, and conducting wires.
11. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 10, wherein a plurality of soft protuberances are disposed on said carbon brusher, and said soft protuberances properly contact said voltage body.
12. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 9, wherein said rotation device comprises two gears, one being disposed on said fixing axial tube, the other being disposed in said braking device.
13. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 12, wherein a soft sleeve is sleeved onto an upper end of a supporting shaft, one of said gears being fixedly disposed on a peripheral edge of said soft sleeve and properly meshing the other one of said gears to provide braking and balanced friction during rotation.
14. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 9, wherein said braking device comprises an electric sheet structure and a supporting shaft penetrating through a spring.
15. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a bi-directional sleeve is disposed at an upper end of said fixing axial tube to connect said hanging rod.
16. The multi-rotor ceiling fan device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a bottom side of said rotating joint disk is joined with a lamp body.
