A top is supported on the two horizontal portions of the two frames, and two bars are respectively connected between two distal ends of the two legs. [0003]
  • The primary object of the present invention is to provide an office desk wherein the top is supported on two U-shaped frames. [0004]
  • The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.[0005]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view to show a conventional office desk; [0006]
  • FIG. 2 is a perspective view to show an office desk of the present invention; [0007]
  • FIG. 3 is an exploded view to show the office desk of the present invention; [0008]
  • FIG. 4 is a side view to show the office desk of the present invention, and FIG. 5 illustrates the two side members each have apertures defined therethrough.[0009]

A top 11 is supported on the two horizontal portions 12 of the two frames 10. Each leg 120 has a threaded recess 121 defined in a distal end thereof and two bars 13 are respectively connected between the two distal ends of the two legs 120 by extending bolts through the bars 13 and engaged with the threaded recesses 121.
  • Two [0011] connection members 13 each have two passages 131 defined therethrough so that the two legs 120 extend through the two passages 131 in each of the two connection members 13. Each of the connection members 13 has a plurality of apertures 132 for ventilation purposes. Two pads 15 are connected to each of the two bars 14 so that the bars 13 are located higher than the ground to avoid moisture.
  • A [0012] document tray 17 and a keyboard tray 16 are conveniently connected to the frames 10 by extending bolts through the frames 10 and engaged with the posts of the document tray 17 and the rails of the keyboard tray 16.
  • The [0013] top 11 is supported on the horizontal portions 12 of the two U-shaped frames 10 and each frame 10 has two legs 120 so that the legs 120 have better structural strength than the connection between the conventional top and legs.
  • While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. [0014]
