In such a manner, thelid rim 21 is not located at the inner side of the bottom of thecup lid 2, so that thelid rim 21 will not touch the fluid food contained in thecup body 1, thereby preventing the user's finger from touching the fluid food contained in thecup body 1 when he pulls thepull tab 23 upward to snap thelid rim 21 into thelocking slot 24. - It is to be noted that, the
cup lid 2 needs not to additionally provide a lug or a locking block to be snapped into thelocking slot 24. The user only needs to pull the removedlid rim 21 to be directly locked in thelocking slot 24 as shown in FIG. 9. - Preferably, the
locking slot 24 of thecup lid 2 is arc-shaped, and thelid rim 21 of thecup lid 2 is arc shaped to mate with the shape of thelocking slot 24 of thecup lid 2. - Accordingly, the wash-free hot drink cup lid structure in accordance with the present invention uses a cup lid having a lid rim that may be folded upward to be directly locked in the locking slot of the cup lid, thereby opening the hot drink opening of the cup lid, without wetting the user's finger.
- Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim(s) will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
