My vinvention relates to certain new and useful improvements in vagina syringes which are fully described and explained in the specification and illustrated in the accompanying drawing.

T he principal objects of my invention are:

l. To provide a more sanitary method of administering a douche to the vagina.

2. To provide a more convenient and comfortable method of administering a Adouche to the vagina.v y

3. To provide an improved `method of cleansing the vaginal canal and insuring action in effectively removing vaginal secretions, menstrualV discharges or other secretudinal section therethrough and Figure 3 is a top end View.

Referring to the drawing in which .corresponding parts are designated ,by similar characters of reference, 2 designates the intake or outer shell of the syringe which is preferably of oval or elliptical cross section, with the front or top end slightly enlarged to present a round rim for contact with the soft membranes of the vagina. rIhis type of vagina syringe may be made of any suitable material such as caoutchouc, vulcanite, glass, metal or Celluloid. A syringe of the construction above described will, of course, be made in diderent diameters and lengths to correspond to the dimensions of S0 different vaginal canals. Y

I realize that considerable variation is possible in the details of the construction herein shown without departing from the spirit or sacrificing the advantages of the 85 inventionherein described, illustrated and explained, and I do not intend to limit myself thereto, exceptV as pointed out in the following claim, in which it is my intention to claim all novelty inherent in the device 90 asbroadlyas is permitted by the state ofv the art. I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent:

1A vaginal syringe comprising an outer shell having an open upper end, and an eX- tension communicating with said .outer shell and adapted to be connected to a source of iiuid supply; an inner shell in telescopic relation with said outer shell and having its 10U the lower end of said outer shell and the outer wall of said inner shell to seal the lower end of said annular space whereby fluid passing into said extension will flow thru said annular space andoutwardly thru lsaid inner shell.
