As clearly shown in Fig. l and in Fig. 3, the device has a seat portion 7, which is held upon backlegs L and upon'frontlegs 17 .The frontand rear legs of the chair are connected by braces 19. Additional braces are provided at the uppercorners of the chair. The seat portion 7 of the chair, as well as the other parts thereof, may be provided with springs 2, of any suitable type. The front legs 17 of the chair are connected by braces 9 and 10, and additional braces 11 and 12 may be also providedyasi clearly. shown in Fig. 1.
