` B designates a plug comprising a' casing C, preferably'av metallic sleeve, and an insulating core D provided with a portion eX- tending within and f fitting'one end of the sleeve C,.and with, another portionIfl ar-k ranged without the sleeve'.
and J the other.` These contacts are carried by the core D and each comprises ashank Kv having head L preferably integral there' with and a terminal or lead-"attachingpor-T tion M having-a threaded engagement with4 a stud N of reducedlcrossfsection on the end of"v vthe 'shank. The shank hasa longitudinal- 'f -Y fslidingengagement with anap'erture` N in the core D andthe lead-'attaching portiongl.
M has- Va p sliding engagement with "any eni larged bore O arranged upon one lside of and alining with the aperture N.y Upon'theop-f posite side of the aperture isa second 'alined bore P of a diameter sufciently larger'than v theshank so as to receive aspring Q coiled around the shank. One end ofjthis spring bears against the head L while'the other is seated upon the base R of the bore P. The .spring however, tends to project the headV L of the Contact forwardly within th'elarnp` bulb engaging portion S of the plug. Forward movement of the contact however, is
limited .by the terminal-engaging portion. contacting with the inner end of the bore O...
Communicating with the bore O is a cham-- F is a pin for attaching the sleevefto the 'f core. 'f 'l' j I designates one of the electrical' contacts Y' through'the chamber T and the aperture W unitary structure.
