Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'impression à jet pour la pose d'un vernis formant un revêtement sur une surface d'un substrat comprenant au moins des magasins d'entrée et de sortie, un moyen de déplacement du substrat entre les différents postes de travail, plusieurs buses logées dans une tête d'impression, au moins une des buses étant alimentée par un réservoir contenant du vernis à projeter sur le substrat, chacune des buses étant mise en vibration par un actionneur piézo-électrique de sorte que l'excitation de l'actionneur en durée et en puissance détermine la dimension et la forme de la goutte de vernis, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur piézo-électrique d'au moins une buse est connecté à un dispositif de commande et de régulation de la forme de l'onde voltaïque d'expulsion de la goutte de vernis de la buse en fonction de la viscosité et/ou de la composition du vernis à déposer.
