Claims (14)

  1. Adhesive dispensing device (1) for arrangement on an adhesive container (100) with activation gas-activatable adhesive, said device having a riser (2) for the adhesive and a conveying gas supply,
    characterised in that
    the device comprises a hood (11) having a connection fitting (12) arranged detachably on the upper side, wherein the hood (11) is arranged on the adhesive container (100) and has a channel housing (14) that is able to be arranged with a connection end in an opening of an adhesive container (100), and
    - an adhesive channel (22, 20, 2') extends through the connection fitting (12), through the channel housing (14) and the riser (2) arranged thereon, which is suitable for conveying the adhesive out of the container (100),
    - a gas channel (16, 17) extends through the connection fitting (12) and through the channel housing (14), which provides the conveying gas supply into the adhesive container (100),
    and wherein, in the hood (11),
    - an activation gas cartridge (3) is arranged with inclination and with its neck pointing upwards, said cartridge being able to be actuated from outside the hood (11), from which an activation gas channel extends through a bridging element (13), which comprises a valve arrangement, into a supply channel (18), through-which the activation gas is able to be supplied to the container (100).
  2. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the connection fitting (12) has, on its side pointing into the hood (11), an internal thread which is able to be brought into engagement with an external thread which is located on the side of the channel housing (14) facing away from the riser (2), and/or the connection fitting (12) comprises a union nut (12") and an inner piece (12').
  3. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to claim 2,
    characterised in that
    the adhesive channel section (20) included within the channel housing (14) has, on its side facing towards the connection fitting (12), sealing means, in particular a sealing membrane (21), and the connection fitting (12), in particular the inner part (12'), has a first nozzle (22") which forms one part of the adhesive channel section (22), which extends into the adhesive channel section (20) of the channel housing (14) and which is formed at the lower end as an opening means for the sealing means in the adhesive channel section (20), in particular by a bevelling for the sealing membrane (21), and wherein, in a state of use in which the connection fitting (12) is screwed together with the channel housing (14), the sealing means are opened and the first nozzle (22") extends into the adhesive channel section (20), and/or the gas channel section (17) of the conveying gas channel (16, 17), which is included within the channel housing (14), has, on its side facing towards the connection fitting (12), a sealing means, in particular a sealing membrane (21'), and the connection fitting (12), in particular the inner part (12'), has a second nozzle (16") which forms one part of the conveying gas channel section (16) and extends into the gas channel section (17) of the channel housing (14), and which is formed at the lower end as an opening means for the sealing means in the gas channel section (17), in particular by a bevelling, for the sealing membrane (21'), and wherein, in a state of use in which the connection fitting (12) is screwed together with the channel housing (14), the sealing means are opened and the second nozzle (16") extends into the gas channel section (17).
  4. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to claim 2 or 3,
    characterised in that
    the detachably arranged connection fitting (12) has, on its upper side, in particular on its inner part (12'),
    - an adhesive outlet nozzle (22') which forms an outlet for adhesive from the adhesive channel section (22), and/or
    a conveying gas inlet nozzle (16') which forms an inlet for a conveying gas into the conveying gas channel (16).
  5. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that
    - an activation gas liquid path is fluidically connected via the supply channel (18)
    - to the gas channel section (17), or
    - is fluidically connected to an activation gas channel of the channel housing (14), said activation gas channel opening out into the container (100) at the connection end of the channel housing (14).
  6. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    - the activation gas cartridge (3), which is in particular a CO2 cartridge (3), is displaceably arranged by an actuation device relative to a mandrel for opening the activation gas liquid path, which is in particular a CO2 fluid path, and
    - the bridging element (13) bridges the opening of the activation gas cartridge (3) up to the supply channel (18) and the valve arrangement is included in a bridging part (7).
  7. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to claim 6,
    characterised in that
    the actuation device of the activation gas cartridge (3) is provided by feeding means, preferably a rotary mechanism, in particular a rotary mechanism having a rotary lever (9), which has
    an oval cross section or
    a circular cross section, away from which a tangential cantilever extends, and which closes flush with a hood edge (11 ") in a disuse position,
    wherein the rotary lever (9) is able to rotate around an axis of rotation (9') in order to execute a movement providing an impulse, in particular an eccentric movement, against the base of the activation gas cartridge (3), and which is in particular able to rotate 180° anti-clockwise.
  8. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 7,
    characterised in that
    the channel housing (14) is enclosed on the connection end by a sealing ring (23).
  9. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to at least one of claims 5 to 8,
    characterised in that
    at least one outlet unit (19) is arranged on the connection end of the channel housing (14), through which unit the gas channel (17) for the conveying gas or a conveying gas-activation gas mixture or the activation gas channel extends, in particular an outlet unit (19) which has a non-return valve.
  10. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to at least one of claims 6 to 9,
    characterised in that
    the bridging element (13) comprises:
    - the mandrel present in a holding device, adjacent to which a bore hole extends through the holding device along a longitudinal axis (C-C), wherein the activation gas cartridge (3) is able to be displaced axially relative to the mandrel, and
    - a displaceably mounted stamp that is located in a recess,
    - a rocking lever (13') which has a first end adjoining the displaceably mounted stamp,
    - the bridging part (7), which has a first channel and a space covered by a membrane, wherein the channel runs at a right angle to the longitudinal axis (C-C) of the activation gas cartridge (3), and the space covered by the membrane on the end of the first channel pointing away from the activation gas cartridge (3) is arranged for fluidic connection with a bore hole, and wherein the membrane rests against a second end of the rocking lever (13') that is supported in the hood (11) in a tiltable manner, wherein the rocking lever (13') that is tilted by the protruding stamp provides the fluidic connection from the activation gas cartridge, through the first channel via the space, into the supply channel (18).
  11. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to at least one of claims 1 to 10,
    characterised in that
    a structure for positioning and/or holding the bridging element (13) and/or the actuation means and/or the activation gas cartridge (3) is formed in the hood (11).
  12. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to at least one of claims 10 to 11,
    characterised in that
    a spiral spring (27) arranged between the hood edge (11") and the rocking lever (13') provides a resetting device.
  13. Adhesive dispensing device (1) according to at least one of claims 10 to 12,
    characterised in that
    the hood (11)
    - has at least one recess (25) which forms a handle (24) with the upper side of the hood (11') and/or the hood edge (11 "), and/or
    - has reinforcement ribs (26) on its hood edge (11 "), in particular at a point at which the rocking lever (13') is tiltably supported, and/or
    - has engagement means on its hood edge (11") for the detachable fastening of the hood onto the adhesive container (100).
  14. Adhesive dispensing system (10), comprising an adhesive container (100) with an activation gas-activatable adhesive, an activation gas-providing source and an adhesive delivery device,
    characterised in that
    an adhesive dispensing device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13 is arranged on the adhesive container (100) and comprises the activation gas cartridge as the activation gas-providing source and the adhesive delivery device, wherein a connection end of the channel housing (14) is arranged in an opening (101) of the adhesive container (100), such that the riser (2) extends into the adhesive container (100) and at least one gas channel (17) for supplying conveying gas and supplying activation gas opens out into the adhesive container (100).
