Abstract

Ein Schloss für eine Tür, ein Fenster oder dergleichen umfasst ein Betätigungsorgan, ein Verriegelungselement sowie eine Kupplung (1) zwischen dem Betätigungsorgan und dem Verriegelungselement. Unter der Wirkung einer an dem Betätigungsorgan eingeleiteten Betätigungskraft beaufschlagt ein betätigungsseitiger Kupplungsteil (2) der Kupplung (1) einen verriegelungsseitigen Kupplungsteil (3) der Kupplung (1) zur Ausführung einer Öffnungsbewegung mit einer Öffnungskraft. Befindet sich eine für den verriegelungsseitigen Kupplungsteil (3) vorgesehene Blockiereinrichtung in einem blockierenden Zustand, so ist der verriegelungsseitige Kupplungsteil (3) gegen Ausführen einer Öffnungsbewegung blockiert. Bei Freigabezustand der Blockiereinrichtung ist der verriegelungsseitige Kupplungsteil (3) zum Ausführen einer Öffnungsbewegung freigegeben. Überschreitet bei blockierendem Zustand der Blockiereinrichtung die Öffnungskraft, mit welcher der verriegelungsseitige Kupplungsteil (3) beaufschlagt wird, einen Grenzwert, so wird die Beaufschlagung des blockierten verriegelungsseitigen Kupplungsteils (3) durch den betätigungsseitigen Kupplungsteil (2) überlastbedingt aufgehoben und der betätigungsseitige Kupplungsteil (2) bewegt sich unter der Wirkung einer an dem Betätigungsorgan eingeleiteten Betätigungskraft relativ zu dem blockierten verriegelungsseitigen Kupplungsteil (3). Aufgrund dieser Bewegung beaufschlagt der betätigungsseitige Kupplungsteil (2) den verriegelungsseitigen Kupplungsteil (3) erneut mit einer Öffnungskraft und der erneut beaufschlagte verriegelungsseitige Kupplungsteil (3) führt bei Freigabezustand, nicht aber bei blockierendem Zustand der Blockiereinrichtung des verriegelungsseitigen Kupplungsteils (3) eine Öffnungsbewegung aus.
