Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a textile fabric, in particular fabric or loop fabric, knitted fabric, tuft, which is provided only on one side with pile or pile threads.
From practice, such fabrics are known, which may be formed, for example, as velvet or carpet, but also as terry toweling.
Furthermore, metallic heat sinks are known, which preferably consist of copper or aluminum or alloys due to the good thermal conductivity. Such heat sinks consist of a base material to be cooled, which is provided on the upper side with ribs for heat dissipation.
A disadvantage of such heat sinks that the production is very complex and requires a high cost of materials. In addition, such heat sink must be made due to the material-related rigidity for the particular application and the resulting geometrical mounting conditions, as adapting to other objects to be cooled in terms of length and Width can only be done by means of mechanical separation methods such as sawing or the like and an adaptation to other radii of curvature or unevenness of the surface of the object to be cooled is not possible.
The object of the invention is to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages and to provide a possibility for an easily adaptable to any operating conditions heat sink.
This object is achieved in that, in the case of a textile fabric for use for heat dissipation and / or heat storage, at least part of the pile or pile threads is formed at least partially from a metallic material, in particular in the form of an alloy. This increases compared to solid conventional heat sinks the surface, so that an improved heat dissipation is given. Due to the formation of the "carrier material" as a textile fabric and the "Wärmeableitrippen" as pile or pile threads can be done trimming, since only a separation of the "substrate" must be made, which also can be easily separated. Due to the design of the "Wärmeableitrippen" as pile or pile threads also results in an increase in the free surface, which causes improved heat dissipation to the room air or the surrounding the pile or pile threads medium. In addition, results in a significant material savings and the weight of the heat sink is significantly reduced compared to a conventional solid heat sink.
The heat dissipation and / or storage can be from any medium, eg. B. liquid or gaseous, but also of solid objects such. B. integrated Circuits, etc., and possibly also to any medium, eg. B. liquid or gaseous, but also to a solid object done.
The length of the pile or pile threads can preferably be 10 to 40 mm, in particular 15-25 mm, and advantageously 5 to 50 pile or pile threads or loops per cm 2 , in particular 20 pile or pile threads or Loops per cm 2 , be provided.
According to the invention, at least a part of the textile fabric itself may be formed at least partially from a metallic material, in particular in the form of an alloy, so that a particularly good heat coupling causes a high heat dissipation through the pile or pile threads.
Preferably, at least a portion of the pile or pile threads, and in particular also a part of the textile fabric itself, may be formed as a yarn with at least one metallic fiber and at least one non-metallic fiber, so that the material requirement for cost-intensive metallic material is low.
Advantageously, the non-metallic fiber in at least part of the pile or pile threads, and in particular also in a part of the textile fabric itself, be formed as a synthetic fiber, so that a good resistance to environmental influences and low costs result. Preferably also glass fiber or carbon fiber materials can be used.
According to the invention, the textile fabric can be flexible, so that a simple adjustment to uneven three-dimensional shapes of the object to be cooled, on which the textile fabric is to be attached, can take place.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the metallic material in at least a portion of the pile or pile threads, and in particular in a part of the fabric itself, as at least one wire strand, be designed as a braid or metallic thread, so that opposite one also possible training as a filament improved heat dissipation due to the relatively higher surface is given the same cost of materials.
B. Aluminium, bestehen.Preferably, at least a portion of the pile or pile threads, and in particular also a part of the textile fabric itself, of a material having a specific thermal conductivity of at least about 15 W / (m • K), such as. As high-alloy steel, and in particular with a specific thermal conductivity of at least about 200 W / (m • K), such as. B. aluminum, exist.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the specific thermal conductivity also at least about 300 to 400 W / (m • K), such as. As with gold, copper or silver, up to about 6000 W / (m • K) such. As in carbon nanotubes.
Das Schlingengewebe 1 umfasst weiterhin Schussfäden 3 und Kettfäden 4, 5.In the following, an illustrated in the drawing embodiment of the invention will be explained. The single figure shows a textile fabric in the form of a loop fabric 1, which is provided on one side only with woven into the loop fabric 1
For use for heat dissipation and / or heat storage, the
