The present invention has as its object to further develop this device and this method.
This object is achieved by the invention according to the characterizing part of
The invention relates to a method for communication between at least one elevator installation and at least one remote control center; wherein for this communication at least one communicative connection is established in at least one communication network; wherein at least a first signal of the elevator installation is received by at least one communication device of the elevator system via at least one signal network, and at least one second signal is transmitted from the communication device in the communication network to at least one computer device of the remote center. The communicative connection is permanently maintained.
This has the advantage that communication is not required to establish a connection, which increases the quality and availability of the communication. Whereas a subscriber dials in at a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) and requires about 30 seconds to set up an exclusive temporary connection, the inventive communicative connection is permanently maintained and highly available in fractions of a second. Especially in emergencies, where help is requested from the elevator installation at the remote control center and emergency measures are initiated at the elevator installation from the remote control center, the time saved with the highly available communicative connection is of safety-relevant importance in an emergency.
Advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the features indicated in the dependent claims.
Advantageously, the communicative connection is established by the communication device.
This has the advantage that the communication device establishes the communicative connection and therefore does not require a fixed address in the communication network, which is also of security relevance, since the communication device is thus known to third parties in the communication network. The address of the communication device in the communication network is known only to the remote center, which is an effective preventative measure against attacks by viruses or Trojans.
Advantageously, at least one signaling channel of the established communicative connection is transmitted continuously in at least one physical channel.
This has the advantage that the communicative connection is maintained by continuously transmitting in a signaling channel. In the telephone radio network according to Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), for example, communication takes place in Time Division Multiplex Access (TDMA) time slots of 577μsec duration. The signaling channel always sends at maximum power so that the communication device, depending on the currently available bandwidth of the communication network, can select the most to be received signaling channel for a secure communication link.
Advantageously, the communicative connection is established by the communication device; During the communicative connection, a second signal is transmitted by the communication device, and signal reception is prevented by at least one firewall of the communication device.
This has the advantage that the communication device establishes the communicative connection and a firewall of the communication device only allows the transmission of a second signal from the communication device, but no signal reception by the communication device, which in turn forms a security-relevant measure against attacks by viruses or Trojans.
Advantageously, a virtual private network (VPN) is used as the communication network as a communication link.
This has the advantage that the communication device and the remote center are in a private, i. individually configurable communication network takes place. Only the communication device knows the private address of the remote center in the communication network and only the remote center knows the private address of the communication device in the communication network.
Advantageously, a virtual private network (VPN) with tunnel technology is used as the communication network as the communication network. Advantageously, a second signal is transmitted encrypted by the communication device. This has the advantage that the communication network is based on tunneling technology, in which the second signal to be communicated is embedded in a communication protocol, which is enclosed by a shell that obscures the actual content for third parties. The second signal to be communicated is thus encrypted before the communication, for example as a secure sockets layer (SSL) and decrypted accordingly after successful communication.
Vorteilhafterweise wird als kommunikative Verbindung ein Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) ohne Internetzugang verwendet.Advantageously, a wireless wide area network (WWAN) without Internet access is used as the communicative connection.
This has the advantage that no public and thus in principle unsecured communication network such as the Internet is used. The communicative connection thus takes place under exclusion of the public, which further increases the security of the communication.
Advantageously, a LAN with Internet access is used as the communicative connection.
This has the advantage that a cost-effective communicative connection takes place in a public communication network. In order to ensure sufficient security against third parties, an encrypted communicative connection takes place. In addition, at the communication device and the remote central firewalls are installed, which determine firewalls based on at least one predefined rule, whether a signal reception is prevented or not.
Vorteilhafterweise wird als Kommunikations-Netz ein Telefon-Funknetz verwendet. Vorteilhafterweise wird als Kommunikations-Netz ein Funknetzwerk verwendet.Advantageously, a telephone radio network is used as the communication network. Advantageously, a radio network is used as the communication network.
Dies hat den Vorteil, dass als Kommunikations-Netz ein bekanntes und bewährtes Telefon-Funknetz wie GSM, General Radio Packet Services (GPRS), Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution (EDGE), Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), High Speed Download Packet Access (HSDPA), usw. verwendet wird, was eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und somit Sicherheit der kommunikativen Verbindung gewährleistet. This has the advantage that the communication network is a well-known and proven telephone radio network such as GSM, General Radio Packet Services (GPRS), Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution (EDGE), Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), High Speed Download Packet Access (HSDPA), etc. is used, which ensures high availability and thus security of the communicative connection.
Vorteilhafterweise wird als Kommunikations-Netz ein Telefon-Festnetz verwendet. Vorteilhafterweise wird als Kommunikations-Netz ein Netzwerk verwendet.Advantageously, a telephone landline is used as the communication network. Advantageously, a network is used as the communication network.
Dies hat den Vorteil, dass als Kommunikations-Netz ein bekanntes und bewährtes Telefon-Festnetz wie Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL), Very High Data Rate Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL), usw. verwendet wird, was eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und somit Sicherheit der kommunikativen Verbindung gewährleistet. This has the advantage that a known and proven telephone landline network such as Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL), Very High Data Rate Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL), etc., is used as the communication network, which guarantees a high availability and thus security of the communicative connection.
Advantageously, at least one voice signal is transmitted as the first signal from at least one elevator car telephone in the signal network to the communication device; and at least one data signal is transmitted as the first signal from the elevator car telephone in the signal network to the communication device.
This has the advantage that both a voice signal and a data signal of an elevator car telephone in the signal network are transmitted to the communication device.
Advantageously, the transmitted data signal is converted by the communication device into at least a second signal; and the second signal is transmitted by the communication device via the communicative link at a transmission rate of at least 4.8kBit / sec.
This has the advantage that the data signal is converted into a second signal for the purposes of the communication, which second signal can be reliably and reliably communicated at a transmission rate of at least 4.8 kbit / sec. Just in a GSM communication network, when the communication network is saturated, the transmission rate may drop drastically, degrading the transmission quality of the second signal. If, in an emergency, a second signal of the communication device can not be reliably read by the remote center due to poor transmission quality, this is of safety significance. Here, a transmission rate of at least 4.8 kbit / sec ensures that the communicative connection is sufficiently robust for reliable reading of a transmitted second signal.
Advantageously, the transmitted data signal is converted by the communication device into at least one Cellular Text Modem (CTM) signal as a second signal.
This has the advantage that the data signal is converted into a CTM signal as a second signal for the purpose of the communication, which CTM signal can be communicated safely and reliably.
Advantageously, at least one dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) signal is transmitted as the first signal from at least one elevator car telephone in the signal network to the communication device; and the transmitted DTMF signal is converted by the communication device into at least one CTM signal as a second signal.
This has the advantage that a known from analog telephone technology DTMF signal is converted for the purposes of communication in second signals, which are safe and reliable communication. The DTMF signal is a multi-frequency signal with dissonances, which can be distorted when the bandwidth of the communication network is saturated and thus can no longer be clearly identified with high reliability.
Vorteilhafterweise wird das CTM Signal von der Kommunikationsvorrichtung über die kommunikative Verbindung an die entfernteAdvantageously, the CTM signal is sent from the communication device to the remote via the communicative link

Central transmitted. Advantageously, the transmitted CTM signal is converted by the remote center into at least one data signal. Advantageously, the transmitted CTM signal is converted by the remote center into at least one DTMF signal.

- The
communication network 14 may include atelephone radio network 14 such as Global Systems for Mobile Communications (GSM), General Radio Packet Services (GPRS), Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution (EDGE), Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), High Speed Download Packet Access (HSDPA), etc. The frequencies used by thetelephone network 14 are in GSM and GPRS in bands at 800 to 900MHz and 1800MHz to 1900MHz, and in UMTS and HSDPA at 700 to 900MHz and 1700MHz to 2700MHz. A communicative connection of thetelephone radio network 14 occurs via at least one logical channel consisting of at least one signaling channel and a traffic channel. The signaling channel is used to transmit network-specific parameters, frequency corrections, time synchronization, etc. of the communicative connection. The signaling channel can also transmit voice and / or data. The traffic channel is used exclusively for the transmission of voice and / or data. The logical channel is mapped to at least one physical channel. A physical channel is formed by Time and Frequency Division Multiplexing or Time Division Multiplex Access (TDMA). Thus, a communication takes place in thetelephone radio network 14 in TDMA time slots of 577μsec duration. Eight consecutive TDMA time slots form a TDMA frame. The same TDMA time slots in consecutive TDMA frames form a physical channel. Establishment and maintenance of a communicative connection in thetelephone radio network 14 is thus characterized by occupying at least one TDMA time slot per TDMA frame. In this case, the signaling channel transmits continuously in the allocated physical channel, while the user channel can interrupt the transmission in the case of speech pauses or data pauses in discontinuous operation (discontinuous transmission or DTX). The transmission over the traffic channel can be both circuit-switched and packet-switched. The traffic channel can have different transmission rates of 13kBit / sec, 6.5kBit / sec, and so on. With GSM the maximum as well as the effectively usable transfer rate is 9.6kBit / sec. With GPRS, the maximum transmission rate is 80kBit / sec, but often only 50kBit / sec can be used effectively, as the transmission capacity is shared among all nodes of a radio cell. With EDGE, the maximum transmission rate is 256kBit / sec, but due to the distribution of the transmission capacity to all subscribers of a radio cell, only 150kBit / sec can effectively be used. For the same reasons, the maximum transmission rate for UMTS is 384kBit / sec, but effectively only 128kBit / sec can be used. Finally, with HSDPA, the maximum transmission rate is 3.6MBit / sec, of which effectively only 1MBit / sec can be used. For efficient utilization of the payload channel, voice is compressed by a voice compressor prior to transmission at the transmitter and expanded by a voice expander after being transmitted to the receiver. - The communication network 14 'may be a telephone landline 14' such as Public Switched Telecommunication Network (PSTN). The telephone landline 14 'may be configured analog and / or digital. In an analog telephone landline 14 'analog audio signals are transmitted. The bandwidth is limited to the frequency range of 300Hz to 3400Hz. In addition to a voice signal further signals such as a dial signal, a call signal, etc. are transmitted. A fixed telephone digital network 14 'is known as Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL), Very High Data Rate Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL), etc. In ISDN, two user channels with 64kBit / sec transmission rate each and a subscriber interface S 0 with 16kBit / sec transmission rate are available. The ADSL utilizes a much wider frequency range from 200Hz to 1.1MHz, with bandwidth up to 3400Hz being used to transmit voice signals, while the bandwidth from 30kHz to 1.1MHz is used to transmit data signals. The transmission rate to the terminal with ADSL is up to 8MBit / sec while at VDSL it can be over 200MBit / sec.
- The
communication network 14 "may be anetwork 14" such as Ethernet, ARCNET, etc. with at least one electrical or optical signal line. According toFIGS. 2 and 3 For example, a network connection 13.12 of thecommunication device 13 and a network connection 15.12 of thecomputer device 15 are interconnected via anetwork 14 "." Thenetwork 14 "allows bidirectional communication in accordance with known and proven network protocols such as Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) ), Internet Packet Exchange (IPX), etc ..
