Abstract

Figure imgaf001
The invention provides a method for operating a hearing device and an associated hearing device with a first and a second microphone (1, 2), which deliver a first and a second microphone signal (R1, R2). The first and the second microphone (1, 2) have a different directivity, for example due to a different shadowing by the body of a hearing aid wearer. The method comprises a frequency analysis of the two microphone signals (R1, R2) and a determination of a frequency-dependent amplification for an output signal of the hearing device, for example a microphone signal of a third microphone (13), from the two microphone signals transformed into the frequency range.
