         Y3-x-kCekM'xAla-yM"yO (1.5a+4.5) .     (1)

In Formula 1, M' includes at least one of Sc, In, and La, M" includes at least one of Ga, Sc, and In, and x, y, k, and a satisfy the relations: 0.0 ≤x < 3.0, 0.0<y ≤7.0, 0.0 < k < 0.1, 4.0 ≤a ≤7.0, a-y ≥0.0, and x + k ≤3.0.
