Definitions
- the present invention relates to a target mark assembly for a riflescope or the like with a reticle and at least two or three additional targets.
- the object of the invention is to provide a generic target mark arrangement available, which is designed so that it allows a safe meeting of the target even at greater distances and with different ammunition.
- this is achieved by the distance of the next crosshairs first target from the crosshairs to the distance of another target from the crosshair in a ratio between 0.45 and 0.93, preferably between 0.55 and 0.78, is.
- the invention is based on the finding that the body height of the most important game species coincides with the fall heights of the different caliber groups or the differences between the caliber groups of the projectiles generally used during the hunt. This makes it possible to estimate the distance to the target in the inventive choice of distances between the targets and the crosshairs with the target mark arrangement on the one hand and on the other hand depending on the selected caliber of the projectile and the estimated distance to select the appropriate target so as to safely reach the destination to meet.
- a particularly favorable embodiment provides that in addition to the crosshairs exactly two targets or exactly three targets are available. It has been found that even with two or three additional targets having the distances according to the invention, a distance estimation with the most common carcasses and a Target mark selection for the most common caliber is possible. When using a small number of additional targets a particularly simple and clear target mark arrangement is possible, which prevents the above-mentioned, known in the prior art problems with the confusion of targets in previously known target mark arrangements.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides in this connection that the distance of the first crosshair next target from the crosshairs to the distance of another target from the crosshairs in a ratio of 23 to 35, and if a third target is present, the distance of the crosshair Next first target from the crosshairs to the distance of the third target from the crosshairs in a ratio of 23 to 50 stands.
- This is based, on the one hand, on the recognition that so-called rapid calibers (e.g., 300 or 6.5 x 65) fall on average to 300 m by 23 cm, while so-called standard calibers, such as e.g. 30-06 or 7 x 64 or 308 or 7 x 65R at this distance 35 cm fall.
- So-called drive hunting calibers such as 8 x 57 or 9.3 x 62 or 9.3 x 74 R or 375 fall to 300 m approx 50 cm.
- the hull height of a deer is approx. 23 cm, that of chamois, muffle and ibex approx. 35 cm and that of red deer and sow approx. 50 cm and that of the fox approx. 15 cm. This results in a correlation between the fall heights of the different caliber groups and the body heights, which can be used according to the invention for a particular effective, but also simple target mark arrangement.
- the distance of the first crosshair next target from the crosshairs to the distance of another target from the crosshair in a ratio between 0.58 and 0.74, preferably between 0, 6 and 0.7, and / or in the case of three targets, the distance of the first crosshairs next target from the crosshairs to the distance of the third target from Crosshairs in a ratio between 0.32 and 0.63, preferably between 0.39 and 0.54, stands.
- the reticle or the aiming mark arrangement is arranged in the so-called first image plane next to the objective, then in a preferred exemplary embodiment it is provided that the first reticle next to the reticle is in the operating position of the aiming mark arrangement above a substantially horizontally extending line of the crosshairs and all others Target marks are arranged below this substantially horizontal line of the crosshair.
- a particularly favorable variant of the invention provides that all targets are arranged in the operating position of the target mark arrangement below a substantially horizontally extending line of the crosshairs.
- this target mark arrangement with all the target marks below the substantially horizontally extending line of the crosshairs can also be arranged in the above-mentioned first image plane closest to the objective.
- Fig. 1 shows an inventive embodiment with a total of three additional targets 3, 4, 5, soft to the arrangement in the first, so the lens 8 nearest image plane 11 (see Fig. 11 ) is provided.
- this target mark arrangement has the cross hair 2, which is formed by cutting the horizontal line 6 in the operating position with the vertical line 7 in operating position.
- the additional targets 3, 4, 5 are preferably formed as parallel to the horizontal line 6 extending lines.
- the lines of the additional targets 3, 4, 5 are the sake of clarity, however, shorter than the horizontal line 6 of the reticle 2.
- the additional targets 3, 4, 5 intersect - as well as the horizontal line 6 - the vertical line 7 of the crosshairs.
- the lines 6 and 7 of the reticle 2 intersect at the center of the target mark assembly.
- Fig. 2 shows how the targets 3, 4, 5 are conveniently arranged when the target mark assembly, so the reticle in the so-called second, the eyepiece 10 of the riflescope nearest image plane 12 is arranged. At all provided for this image plane 12 reticle all additional targets 3, 4, 5 can be placed below the reticle 2. However, the distances of the individual targets 3, 4, 5 from the crosshairs correspond to the distances as in the exemplary embodiment Fig. 1 in which the target next to the crosshair 3 is arranged above the reticle 2. In the reticle according to Fig. 2 the line of the first target 3 is shorter than that of the two underlying 4 and 5 formed, which significantly improves the distinctness even under hunting stress conditions. As already stated, this target mark arrangement according to Fig. 2 - as well as the according to Fig. 4 - But also be arranged in the first image plane 11.
- the ratio of the distance 15 between the first target 3 and the reticle 2 to the distance 16 of the second target 4 to the crosshair 2 23 to 35.
- the ratio of the distance 15 of the first target 3 to crosshair 2 to the distance 17 of the third target brand 5 to the crosshair 2 is 23 to 50.
- the 3 and 4 show further embodiments of the invention, which by omitting the respective third target 5 from the embodiments according to Fig. 1 and 2 arise. In these embodiments, therefore, not as in Fig. 1 and 2 exactly three, but exactly two additional targets 3 and 4 provided.
- the distance ratios of the targets 3 and 4 to the reticle 2 correspond to those of the embodiments according to Fig. 1 and 2 , Accordingly, the embodiment according to Fig. 3 for the arrangement in the first image plane 11 and the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 4 for the arrangement of the second image plane 12 or in the first image plane 11 is provided.
- Fig. 5a to 5e show how abundant wild species occur at a distance of 200 m in retinance Fig. 1 appear.
- Fig. 6a to 6e and 8a to 8c such as 9a to 9e the designation of the targets 3, 4, 5 has been omitted. It arises in comparison with the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 ,
- the Fig. 6a to 6e show the same animals as the Fig. 5a to 5e but at a distance of 300 m. So a full-grown deer appears according to Fig. 5a to a distance of 200 m in the reticle according to the invention Fig. 1 so large that its hull occupies exactly the distance 16 between the reticle 2 and the second target 4, while the deer occupies only the smaller distance 15 between the reticule 2 and the first target 3 at 300 m.
- the Fig. 5b to 5e and the Fig. 6b to 6e show corresponding images for 200 m distance and 300 m distance for chamois, muffle, ibex, red deer, sow and fox.
- the observer or shooter can decide whether the game is now up to 200 m or 300 m away, with up to 200 m no correction to take into account the drop height of the projectile must be performed while at distances of 300 m another target is to be selected for aiming.
- the choice of the target 3, 4, 5 is for the embodiment according to Fig. 1 for different caliber groups in the Fig. 7a to 7c shown.
- the points 13 each show the target points to be selected at a distance of 200 m.
- Points 14 show the target points to be selected at a distance of 300 m. In the area in between the shooter will interpolate accordingly or decide whether the game is more up to 200 m or rather 300 m away.
- Fig. 7a shows the two target points 13 and 14 for the group of so-called rapid caliber.
- Fig. 7b shows the target points 13, 14 for the group of standard calibres and
- Fig. 7c the distance-dependent selection of target points 13 and 14 for the above-mentioned drift calibers.
- the Fig. 8a to 9e show a corresponding removal estimation with the target image arrangement preferably to be arranged in the second image plane 12 according to the exemplary embodiment Fig. 2 ,
- the animals are each 200 m and in the Fig. 9a to 9e 300 meters from the Schützen.
- Fig. 10a shows for rapid caliber for the embodiment according to Fig. 2 the stopping point 13 to be selected for a distance of 200 m and the stopping point or target point 14 to be selected at a distance of 300 m.
- Fig. 10b shows the same for the group of standard calibers as well Fig. 10c for the group of drive hunting calibers.
- the residual deviation of the projectiles to 300 m is desirably at most 5 cm. These can - as mentioned above - be easily estimated on the game body.
- the shown reticle or target mark arrangements thus cover all common caliber. All floors with a height between 18 and 56 cm at 300 m can be used with the reticle according to the invention.
- the rapid calibers include all projectiles with drop heights at 300 m between 18 and 28 cm, to the standard calibers all projectiles with drop heights to 300 m between 30 and 40 cm and to the drive hunting calibers all projectiles with drop heights to 300 m between 45 and 55 cm.
- the alleged gap between standard and Drückjagdkaliber does not exist, because the two lower targets 4 and 5 are so close to each other that can be stopped exactly between the two targets 4 and 5.
- the weapon should be fired at the maximum trajectory height over the sight line. Again, 5 cm maximum deviation are used. The weapon must therefore be shot so that the projectile strikes 200 m at most 5 cm below the target point. This ensures that for each caliber up to 200 m, regardless of distance and caliber, a stopping point in the reticle is sufficient. For slow caliber, a maximum trajectory height above the line of sight of 5 cm is sufficient. For faster caliber, a correspondingly lower value is selected. This ensures that it is hit from 0 to 200 m with a maximum deviation of 5 cm. As mentioned above, a safe chamber shot can be delivered to almost all game species.
- the integrated remover estimation function makes it easier for the shooter to decide with which of his two points he has to stop or whether he can even make a sure shot.
- the target marker arrangements according to the invention do not provide an exact distance measurement, the distance for the most important game species can be determined with sufficient accuracy. Since the hunter always knows by what point he has to stop, shots up to 300 m in hunting practice possible.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a target mark assembly for a riflescope or the like with a reticle and at least two or three additional targets.
When used in the prior art in riflescopes aiming markers or reticles, it has come in practice by the known additional targets often problems. Not only under hunting stress conditions but also in a concentrated atmosphere on the shooting range, the different, closely spaced targets were confused and missed the target.
The object of the invention is to provide a generic target mark arrangement available, which is designed so that it allows a safe meeting of the target even at greater distances and with different ammunition.
According to the invention this is achieved by the distance of the next crosshairs first target from the crosshairs to the distance of another target from the crosshair in a ratio between 0.45 and 0.93, preferably between 0.55 and 0.78, is.
The invention is based on the finding that the body height of the most important game species coincides with the fall heights of the different caliber groups or the differences between the caliber groups of the projectiles generally used during the hunt. A particularly favorable embodiment provides that in addition to the crosshairs exactly two targets or exactly three targets are available.
A particularly preferred embodiment provides in this connection that the distance of the first crosshair next target from the crosshairs to the distance of another target from the crosshairs in a ratio of 23 to 35, and if a third target is present, the distance of the crosshair Next first target from the crosshairs to the distance of the third target from the crosshairs in a ratio of 23 to 50 stands. This is based, on the one hand, on the recognition that so-called rapid calibers (e.g., 300 or 6.5 x 65) fall on average to 300 m by 23 cm, while so-called standard calibers, such as e.g. 30-06 or 7 x 64 or 308 or 7 x 65R at this distance 35 cm fall. So-called drive hunting calibers, such as 8 x 57 or 9.3 x 62 or 9.3 x 74 R or 375 fall to 300 m approx 50 cm. On the other hand, the hull height of a deer is approx.
In determining the abovementioned spacing ratios according to the invention, moreover, it has still been found that a deviation of 5 cm from the above-mentioned, particularly preferred values can be easily estimated for the deer body and, apart from that, a deviation of 5 cm from the effect of a chamber shot does not change anything anyway ,
Reducing the mentioned tolerances of 5 cm, it is provided in preferred target mark arrangements that the distance of the first crosshair next target from the crosshairs to the distance of another target from the crosshair in a ratio between 0.58 and 0.74, preferably between 0, 6 and 0.7, and / or in the case of three targets, the distance of the first crosshairs next target from the crosshairs to the distance of the third target from Crosshairs in a ratio between 0.32 and 0.63, preferably between 0.39 and 0.54, stands.
For riflescopes, two image planes are usually provided between the objective and the eyepiece. If the reticle or the aiming mark arrangement is arranged in the so-called first image plane next to the objective, then in a preferred exemplary embodiment it is provided that the first reticle next to the reticle is in the operating position of the aiming mark arrangement above a substantially horizontally extending line of the crosshairs and all others Target marks are arranged below this substantially horizontal line of the crosshair.
If, however, the target mark arrangement is arranged in the so-called second image plane, that is to say the eyepiece next image plane of the riflescope, then a particularly favorable variant of the invention provides that all targets are arranged in the operating position of the target mark arrangement below a substantially horizontally extending line of the crosshairs. However, this target mark arrangement with all the target marks below the substantially horizontally extending line of the crosshairs can also be arranged in the above-mentioned first image plane closest to the objective.

When dividing the caliber groups, the residual deviation of the projectiles to 300 m is desirably at most 5 cm. These can - as mentioned above - be easily estimated on the game body. The shown reticle or target mark arrangements thus cover all common caliber. All floors with a height between 18 and 56 cm at 300 m can be used with the reticle according to the invention. The rapid calibers include all projectiles with drop heights at 300 m between 18 and 28 cm, to the standard calibers all projectiles with drop heights to 300 m between 30 and 40 cm and to the drive hunting calibers all projectiles with drop heights to 300 m between 45 and 55 cm. For optimum use of reticle according to the invention, the weapon should be fired at the maximum trajectory height over the sight line.
The integrated remover estimation function makes it easier for the shooter to decide with which of his two points he has to stop or whether he can even make a sure shot. Although the target marker arrangements according to the invention do not provide an exact distance measurement, the distance for the most important game species can be determined with sufficient accuracy. Since the hunter always knows by what point he has to stop, shots up to 300 m in hunting practice possible.
