Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde die Kalanderwalze zum Prägen und/oder Verdichten von Textilien, Vliesstoff, insbesondere Spinnvlies derart auszubilden, dass beim Einsatz derartig kalandrierter Textilien bzw. Spinnvliese keine Fasern bzw. lose Filamente mehr an der Oberfläche der Textilien hervorstehen. Bei einer Wasserstrahlverfestigung wird der Pulp an der Stelle der Kalanderpunkte nicht mehr weggeschwemmt, so dass an dieser Stelle keine pulpfreien Punkte bzw.
