Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for separating oil from oil sludges. Said process comprises the following steps: the oil sludge is introduced into the cracking furnace whose internal press is kept at a level of 3 kilograms, wherein the sludge is heated to a temperature between 400 to 700 °C to crack the oil contained in the sludge to a gas state; the oil gas is cooled in a condenser to produce gas and light crude oil which are introduced to gas tank and crude oil tank separately. As an alternative, plastic garbage can be introduced into the cracking furnace together with the oil sludge to crack the plastic garbage into light crude oil and as a result, the oil recover rate is increased.
