Abstract
Description
den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes der Patentansprüche 1 und 2.The invention relates to a plug or a coupling of a connector according to
the features of the preamble of
Plug-in connections with a plug and a coupling which can be plugged together, are z. B. in the form of E series circular connectors according to the standard IEC 61076-2-101 known. The majority of such connectors are with a screw lock provided to a pulling apart of the mated connector to prevent. The plug and the coupling are hereby using a cap screw and a corresponding union nut interconnected. At a known connector, which corresponds to the mentioned standard, is the thread length at the union nut dimensioned so that the threaded connection (over the longitudinal axis considered) comes about before or at the point for intervention, at the pin contacts of the plug and the socket contacts of the clutch touch each other or electrically to contact. The threaded connection, d. h., the screwing union nut and cap screw, thus serves on the one hand, the required plug and On the other hand, the required force is generated and maintained, with a sealing surface of the plug or the coupling to the corresponding seal must be pressed to the desired sealing effect achieve. In addition, the thread provides a robust, industrial-grade connection that prevents inadvertent disconnection of the connector and in connection also produces a good vibration protection with the mentioned sealing force. Such However, known screw locking has the disadvantage that it due to the relatively high number of threads coming into play both in terms of handling and the time required for the mating process no represents a rational connection. Moreover, it is in such a known connector extremely complicated to make the connection between plug and coupling, because almost simultaneously the insertion of the plug into the clutch begins while at the same time the screwing must begin. It can happen that the Interaction of cap screw and nut first the mating prevents the connector.
The invention is therefore based on the object, both a clutch and a Provide a plug connector for yourself, in which the associated Union nut or cap screw or its thread is designed so that the Assembly process of the connector as rational as possible, d. H. as fast as possible, can be performed, the mating should also be easy. At the same time after the mating of the cohesion of the connector to be guaranteed.
This object is achieved by the features of the two
On the one hand, the invention provides that the thread of the union nut or the cap screw of the plug in the axial direction derat behind the plug side Front set back is that the screw only for carrying comes after the contact partners touch each other or electrically contact. The second solution is that in an analogous manner, the thread of the union nut or the cap screw on the coupling in the axial direction behind the coupling side Front is arranged back. This recessed in the axial direction considered Arrangement of the threads of the union nut or cap screw has the Advantage that initially the front plug-in areas of plug and coupling plugged together can be, d. H. There is first a partial axial mating from pin contacts of the connector and socket contacts of the coupling before the actual screw connection, that of the cap screw and the union nut is realized, engages. This means that the screw connection only then is screwed together, when plug and clutch already in part Longitudinally put together. Will then the cap screw and the union nut is rotated relative to each other, d. H. be screwed together Plug and coupling in the axial direction further moves to each other and the connector completely merged. By screwing together the threaded connection a reliable cohesion of the connector is realized. However, they are less turns required for screwing together as the cap screw or the union nut by the back offset in the axial direction is executed shortened.
An embodiment of a coupling according to the invention and a erfindungsgemäβen Plug connector is described below and based on the Figures explained. At this point it should be noted that the shown Plug connection is purely exemplary and deviations thereof are possible without the leave the inventive concept.

Dichtfläche 1.3 vorhanden ist.FIG. 1 shows a
With respect to the
Buchsenkontakten 2.2 in Kontakt.
Looking at Figure 2, which shows a section of the two facing front
