- Papiermaschinenbespannung, insbesondere Formier- oder Tockensiebe, mit einer Papierseite und einer Maschinenseite, wobei die Papierseite von Kunststoffelementen (1, 11, 21, 31), zum Beispiel in Form einer Bandschicht, von Fäden, Wendeln oder Flachkörperstäbchen oder dergleichen gebildet ist und wobei die Kunststoffelemente wenigstens an der die Papierseite bildenden Oberflächen mit einer Antiadhäsivbeschichtung (5, 6, 14, 15, 24, 25, 34, 35) versehen sind, deren Haftung geringer ist als die Haftung des Materials, aus dem die Kunststoffelemente (1, 11, 21, 31) im wesentlichen bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffelemente (1, 11, 21, 31) zumindest auf der Papierseite Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) aufweisen, in die Antiadhäsivbeschichtung (5, 6, 14, 15, 24, 25, 34, 35) eingelagert ist.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) bis zur Oberfläche der Kunststoffelemente (1, 11, 21, 31) bündig mit Antiadhäsivbeschichtung (5, 6, 14, 15, 24, 25, 34, 35) gefüllt sind.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) V-, U-, trapez- oder porenförmigen Querschnitt haben.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) als Nuten ausgebildet sind.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (22, 23, 32, 33) an ihren Rändern unmittelbar aneinandergrenzen.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffelemente als Flachfäden (1, 11, 21, 31) ausgebildet sind.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachfäden (1, 11, 21, 31) einen rechteckigen, trapezförmigen oder ovalen Umriß haben.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffelemente (1) aus mehreren runden Einzelfäden (2) zusammengesetzt sind, die miteinander verschmolzen sind.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) längs der Kunststoffelemente (1, 11, 21, 31) erstrecken.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) eine Tiefe von 10 bis 50 % der Erstreckung der Kunststoffelemente (1, 11, 21, 31) in Tiefenrichtung haben.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen (4, 13, 23, 33) auch auf der Seite der Kunststoffelemente (1, 11, 21, 31) vorhanden sind, die der Papierseite abgewandt ist.
- Papiermaschinenbespannung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Maschinenseite von Kunststoffelementen (1, 11, 21, 31) gebildet wird, die Vertiefungen (3, 4, 12, 13, 22, 23, 32, 33) aufweisen, in die antiadhäsive Beschichtung (5, 6, 14, 15, 24, 25, 34, 35) eingelagert ist.
