Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von bindemittelfreien lignozellulosen Faserdämmstoffen, bei dem

  • a) der Faserstoff durch mechanische oder thermo-mechanische Zerfaserung hergestellt wird,
  • b) dieser in einer Suspension mit Mischenzymen inkubiert wird,
  • c) der Suspension kationische Ladungsträger zur Ausfällung kleinster Bestandteile zugegeben werden,
  • d) die Suspension entwässert und getrocknet wird.
  • The invention relates to a method for producing binder-free lignocellulosic fiber insulation materials, in which
  • a) the fibrous material is produced by mechanical or thermo-mechanical defibration,
  • b) it is incubated in a suspension with mixed enzymes,
  • c) cationic charge carriers are added to the suspension to precipitate the smallest constituents,
  • d) the suspension is dewatered and dried.
