Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Prüfen des Volumens von Behältnissen geschaffen, bei dem ein Gas in ein vom Behältnisvolumen abhängiges Volumen eingebracht wird und ein von der zugeführten Gasmenge abhängiges Signal als Anzeigesignal für das Behältnisvolumen ausgewertet wird.
Um bei einem solchen Verfahren die Messzykluszeit wesentlich zu reduzieren, wird dem vom Behältnisvolumen abhängigen Volumen das Gas mit beherrschter Strömung zugeführt, d.h. der Gasmassestrom pro Zeiteinheit gesteuert vorgegeben, so daß es möglich ist, die wegen transienter Vorgänge für eine relevante Messung abzuwartenden Zeitspannen drastisch zu reduzieren, und eine voraufzuladende Kammer wird überflüssig.
