Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a measure, namely a device and a method a device for producing a spun thread from a fiber structure comprising a fiber guide channel with a fiber guide surface for guiding the Fibers of the fiber assembly in an inlet mouth of a yarn guide channel, further comprising a fluid device for generating a vortex flow around the Inlet mouth of the yarn guide channel and the measure according to the invention for influencing the flow conditions in the spindle channel of a stationary Spindle.
A device in which the fibers for the integration of the fiber ends through the remaining part of the fibers are guided in a fiber guide and by means of which the Fibers can be captured by the generated air vortex in such a way that a uniform and strong yarn can be produced is described in US 5,528,895. To guide the fibers is a mandrel arranged centrally to the yarn guide channel provided around which the supplied fibers spiral in the direction of Thread guide channel run to be spun.
It has been found that there is a fluid flow in the yarn guide channel, which runs opposite to the direction of the yarn run-off and at the entrance mouth exit. This flow emerging from the entrance mouth influences this Pulling or running fiber ends into the entrance mouth and that Spread the fiber ends to rotate around the fixed spindle. Here is the Influencing the drawing in or shrinking of fiber ends disadvantageous in that an entire fiber may occasionally be lost, if it is then essentially short fibers. This fluid flow so too influence that on the one hand promoted the mentioned spreading, the fiber loss on the other hand, is reduced, is the object of the invention.
The task is essentially solved in that the flow in the spindle channel is influenced by means such that the entry behavior of the fiber ends and the Spread the fiber ends in weak to suppressed countercurrent or in Mitströmung happens and these means flow-active connections between the Outflow channel and the spindle channel are. Details of the solution and advantageous embodiments are described in the description part with the figures.
The invention is based on the knowledge that by influencing the Flow conditions (pressure and speed curve) in the spindle channel Effects on the incoming fibers and the yarn formation process in the area the inlet mouth are possible. By actively influencing this can be achieved that the negative-acting flow is eliminated.
In order to achieve an active influence, means are in a fiber guide channel arranged, which as fluid sources, respectively fluid sinks or to influence the Flow and pressure conditions serve. Through these means it is possible section influence on the flow velocity and the pressure distribution to take. In contrast to the devices known from the prior art the flow conditions can be adjusted so that the to processing fibers are optimally integrated into the yarn formation process.
The following parameters are required to influence the conditions in the spindle channel of particular importance: the amount of fluid (air) introduced or extracted, Location and direction, where and how fluid is introduced or extracted as well Cross-sectional profile and shape of the spindle channel. The meaning of the parameters will based on the embodiments described in the figures.

The very close distance of the fiber delivery edge and the inlet mouth of the spindle is critical and disruptions in this area, such as unwanted Flow conditions should be controllable, which is the purpose of the invention.

Figure 2a now shows a first example of the possibilities of the flow conditions in the

ermitteln.The material of the

beiden Richtungen entsteht.Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of the flow conditions at the
Two fluid sources contribute to the flow in the ventilation duct, the one on the one hand

In the case of a solution with a spindle cone made of sintered material, it makes sense Cone in the stated length made of sintered material and the remaining length made of solid material to be provided, preferably as an interchangeable sintered material spindle tip, since this Part is very exposed to wear. The design of the spindle tip too An interchangeable part of the spindle with the fluid active zone can of course can also be used for cones with holes or open channels.
bestätigen dies.FIG. 4 shows a computer simulation of the flow conditions at the mouth of the spindle without the influencing measure according to the invention. One recognizes the
The calculations show that there is a flow in the ventilation duct forms that a radial pressure gradient arises, which on the surface of the Spindle cone shows a lower pressure than on the wall of the nozzle block in the Exhaust duct. With the selected geometry it can therefore be assumed that the Spindle channel fluid is drawn off and thus a direction opposite to the fibers Flow is generated. Under the circumstances, it is advantageous to have one easier to manufacture cone made of sintered material. But also holes would have the same suction effect.
With the measures discussed, a method for dosing influencing becomes which is in the spindle channel of a spindle during the eddy current air spinning process forming air flow by fluidically connecting the spindle channel with the exhaust duct. The method is particularly suitable for influencing of the air flow that forms in the spindle channel of a stationary spindle flow-active connection of the spindle duct to the exhaust duct. Without complicated additional technical measures are sent to an existing dynamic state brought into play to achieve the desired purpose by the pressure difference between the spindle and exhaust air duct is used in such a way that fluid from the spindle duct is led into the exhaust air duct.
The measure for carrying out the method for influencing the metering air flow forming in the spindle channel during the eddy current-air spinning process, is that between the spindle duct and the exhaust duct via a certain zone at least several to a large number of flow-active Lanes are provided.
With the other measures discussed below, a method for Dosing influence on the spindle channel of a spindle in the eddy current air spinning process forming air flow shown.
Abführen von Fluid dienen.FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of a
The
The
The
The first and second
By using different amounts of fluid via the first and second
Of course, depending on the application, embodiments are possible, the one different number and grouping of fluid sources and / or fluid sinks exhibit.

Strömungsverhältnisse auch umgekehrt eingesetzt werden.FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of the
Spindelkanal wirkt.By introducing and / or sucking fluid into and out of the

It should be noted that the device shown also without the fluid sources / sinks can be operated. In this case, it behaves essentially like one conventional spinning device.

Querschnittsverlauf.

Impulsanteil in y-Richtung aufweist.

schräg zur Achse 47 angeordnete Bohrungen 40 in einem inneren Rohr 49.FIG. 7 shows a further embodiment of the
The second

With a suitable dimensioning of the first
It goes without saying that further embodiments are characterized by a Combination of the embodiments shown result.
