Definitions
- DE 25 31 620 A, US 3 325 967 A and FR 555 668 A show a connector which can be connected to the barrel and which accommodates for a single module, which if necessary is interchangeable with another.
- the module can be about one second barrel, a telescopic sight or a stair sight.
- weapons are known from the hunting and sporting weapons sector, where the mount of the rifle scope directly on Barrel is attached.
- the tolerance chain between barrel and sight is shorter, which has a positive effect on accuracy of the shot.
- such solutions are out other weapon areas, particularly from the area of other weapon areas, particularly from the area of semi and fully automatic military weapons, not known what presumably on the casing present on these weapons of the barrel through the weapon housing.
- the solution according to the invention thus has the advantage that it is for precise adjustability of individual modules as a rule sufficient, only the anchoring element (and not whole parts of the weapon housing) to be manufactured accordingly.
- the manufacturing and costs are comparatively lower.
- the term "Guide” therefore includes any type of connector, such as brackets, guides or supports. Further Examples of this are profile rails, connecting elements for fitting, snap or clamp connections or simple Mounting holes. It is not absolutely necessary that the recording leadership alone the respective module wearing. Rather, the module in question can also be connected to one other part of the firearm system.
- Anchoring element via its connector with one first barrel bearing receiving cylinder or another Part of the firearm system, such as the weapon housing, connectable.
- the anchoring element and the receiving cylinder can also be combined to form an integral component.
- Such an arrangement is particularly useful in those cases in which the first run opposite the anchoring element should be partially movable, for example for the purpose of damping recoil.
- the barrel is then inside the receiving cylinder movably supported in the direction of its soul axis.
- the anchoring element is direct via its connecting piece connectable with the first run. Even with this arrangement is an appropriate design measures Relative movement between barrel and anchoring element possible.
- the advantage here is that the direct connection Intermediate parts (like the said receiving cylinder) excluded be, creating the tolerance chain between anchoring element and run shortened and the accuracy of the connection can be increased even further.
- Anchoring element designed so that it is on the front part the barrel can be arranged.
- An arrangement in this area is often advantageous for design reasons, especially then when parts of the gun housing or movable breech parts attaching the anchoring element to the rear Complicate part of the run.
- the target facility must then take the relevant recording guide (if the anchoring element is too far forward) be extended to the rear, for example by one above of the weapon housing to the rear extending web. This allows the target device to function properly gun is in the correct position.
- the optical aiming device only with its front end on the anchoring element to attach and the rear end if necessary, i.e. if the attachment at the front is not sufficient, in addition with the Gun case or any other part of the firearm system connect to.
- the anchoring element usually connected to modules that are outside the weapon housing are arranged or at least from stand out from this. These modules are when using the weapon, especially during combat operations, often bumps and others exposed to high forces, for example by the Maneuvers of the shooter in the field are conditional.
- the anchoring element is therefore preferably (according to claim 6) designed such that it can absorb such forces.
- the occurring Forces are generated by the anchoring element via its connection transferred to the inside of the weapon with the first barrel, preferably on load-bearing parts, i.e. Parts that can be loaded accordingly are. In this way, the force introduced inside the weapon distributed. On the one hand, this is the weapon case relieved, making it correspondingly lighter and less expensive can be interpreted. The other is damage avoided by less robust parts inside the weapon.
- Anchoring element made of a one-piece block of material manufactured, and preferably milled out of this.
- the advantage of this configuration is in addition to manufacturing technology Reasons in particular compared to an increased robustness those already mentioned when using the weapon occurring forces.
- the anchoring element is in a further embodiment (according to claim 8) made of a metal alloy, to save weight preferably made of an aluminum alloy.
- the anchoring element can also be used by others Processes such as spraying or pouring, and / or others Materials such as plastic can be made.
- Fig. 1 shows an anchoring element 1 for a partially illustrated firearm 3.
- the direction of the shot the firearm 3 is indicated by an arrow 5.
- the Firearm 3 is a combination of Large-caliber self-loading rifle and add-on rapid-fire rifle with common trigger device, the barrels adjustable to each other should be.
- the first run, here the run of the large-caliber self-loading rifle (not shown) is free of play in an intermediate sleeve 7 serving as a receiving cylinder, which is firmly connected to the weapon housing. Warehousing in the intermediate sleeve 7 allows a longitudinal movement of this Run the shooting process.
- the second run here the run of the Mounted rapid-fire rifle (not shown) is with a 2-axis adjustment 9 connected via which this in its Location can be adjusted relative to the first run.
- This 2-axis adjustment 9 is from an older, unpublished Registration of the applicant (file number 199 23 474.4) known and described in detail there.
- the 2-axis adjustment 9 is next to the anchoring element 1 stored on the intermediate sleeve 7.
- An actuator 9a of the 2-axis adjustment 9 is via a second tongue and groove connection 19 connected to the anchoring element 1 and thereby against Secured against twisting (for the purpose of adjustment it remains slidable in the vertical direction).
- the head part 1a on the top has a dovetail guide 21 in the longitudinal direction. This serves as a universal interface for recording various attachments, especially optical sighting devices.
- the head part 1a also has two blind holes 23a and 23b on (see also Fig. 3), for inclusion serve from two locking spring rods, not shown. This are part of the locking mechanism of the large-caliber self-loading rifle and support them with their front when installed End in the blind holes 23a, b, while their rear Support the ends of the weapon case.
- the connecting ring 1b has two, essentially horizontal extending struts 25a and 25b on the built-in State of the anchoring element 1 on the left or right side of the weapon protrude beyond the weapon housing.
- Fig. 3 (or also Fig. 4) it can be seen that the supporting webs 25a, b have eyelet-shaped transverse bores 27a and 27b. This are used to attach a strap to carry the Firearm 3.
- the struts 25a, b also have two, in the height of the protruding paragraphs 29a and 29b (see FIG. 2), which is the opposite of a snap connection one form part of the gun case shown.
- This housing part as a protective cover for the 2-axis adjustment is used for attachment to the anchoring element 1 of the The front of the firearm 3 is attached to the carrying bars 25a, b. Appropriately shaped, elastic snap Side parts of the housing part from the inside into the Paragraphs 29a, b a.
- the housing part is thus plugged in Secure location and can do so, if necessary to operate the 2-axis adjustment, by the shooter without adding removed from the tool.
- Fig. 4 finally shows that the head part 1a is forward divides into two webs 1a 'and 1a' 'over which the head part 1a is connected to the connecting ring 1b.
- the bridges 1a ' and 1a "define a cavity 31 therebetween, which Recording the emergency grain 13 in the installed state (not shown) serves.
- the pin 15 of the emergency grain 13 is then in Through bores 33a and 33b of the webs 1a 'and 1a' ', respectively.
- the anchoring element 1 consists of an aluminum alloy and is made from a one piece by milling Material block made. It therefore has both a high Shape accuracy as well as high stability.
- the anchoring element 1 As already described, there is between the anchoring element 1 and the first barrel, the intermediate sleeve 7 arranged. But it is through a constructive
- the anchoring element can also be easily changed 1 to be attached directly to the first barrel and next to the intermediate sleeve 7 to arrange (this will then, if necessary the corresponding point pierced by the anchoring element 1).
- manufacturing technology Such a solution.
- the anchoring element brings 1 the advantage that the gun case at Construction can be designed relatively light and inexpensive can. The reason for this is that they are normally on forces acting almost exclusively now be carried by the anchoring element. So bumps and similar forces to the attachments when using the weapon or in particular also act on the supporting webs 25a, b, passed from the anchoring element 1 into the interior of the weapon.
