Abstract

  • 2.1 Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit der eine Programmierung und Fehlerbeseitigung an Automaten vorgenommen werden kann, ohne das ein Techniker den Automaten vor Ort aufsuchen muss.
  • 2.2 Erfindungsgemäß gelingt die Lösung der Aufgabe dadurch, dass die elektronische Steuerung, über eine Schnittstelle verfügt, an der ein Controller mit einem Modem angeschlossen ist, welches aus der elektronischen Steuerung, entnehmbare Daten an ein Modem sendet, das sich in einer zentralen Station befindet und dass die zentrale Station über eine elektronische Auswerteeinheit verfügt, in der die Steuerungssoftware des zu programmierenden Automaten hinterlegt ist und eine Einrichtung zur Beeinflussung und Übertragung dieser Daten an den Automaten enthält und dass über eine Telefon- oder Funkverbindung zwischen dem zu programmierenden Automaten und der Zentralstation eine Verbindung hergestellt wird und Programme oder Programmschritte ausgelesen und auf einem sich in der Zentralstation befindenden Rechner übermittelt, dort ausgewertet und bearbeitet werden und danach wieder zurück zur Steuerung im Automaten übertragen werden.
  • 2.3 Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Überwachung und Programmierung von Automaten, wobei in den Automaten jeweils eine Software integriert ist, in der Programme zur elektronischen Steuerung des Automaten abgelegt sind, und die Automaten über ein Kommunikationsmodem mit einer Zentralstation verbunden sind.
