- la figure 1 représente partiellement et de manière schématique un récipient muni d'une pompe équipée d'un bouton-poussoir conforme à l'invention, le bouton-poussoir étant représenté au repos et en coupe axiale,
- la figure 2 est une vue de face du bouton-poussoir représenté isolément, selon la flèche II de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une coupe axiale selon le trait de coupe III-III de la figure 2,
- la figure 4 est une coupe transversale selon le trait de coupe IV-IV de la figure 3, et
- la figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 1, représentant le bouton-poussoir au cours de la distribution d'une dose de produit.
Claims (21)
- Bouton-poussoir (3) destiné à l'actionnement d'un organe de distribution, cet organe de distribution comportant un élément mobile entre deux positions, le bouton-poussoir comportant une tête (14) définissant une surface d'appui (26) pour l'utilisateur et un orifice de distribution, une base (10) et une partie élastiquement déformable (15) reliant la tête (14) à la base (10), la tête étant apte à être rendue solidaire de l'élément mobile, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) est agencée pour se déformer dans le sens d'un enroulement sur elle-même lorsque la tête est enfoncée et est apte à rappeler par retour élastique l'élément mobile dans une position initiale.
- Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) présente une forme générale de dôme.
- Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) est agencée pour former un pli lorsque la tête est enfoncée, et par le fait qu'au moins à partir d'une certaine course d'enfoncement de la tête, la zone de raccordement (30) de cette dernière à la partie élastiquement déformable passe au-dessous du niveau du sommet du pli.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la tête (14) se situe au centre de la partie élastiquement déformable (15).
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) présente une épaisseur sensiblement constante.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) est dépourvue de pliures au repos.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la base (10) présente une forme tubulaire, de préférence symétrique de révolution.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la tête (14) comporte un embout (18) permettant sa fixation sur une tige creuse (6).
- Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout (18) se prolonge en dessous du niveau de la zone de raccordement (30) de la partie élastiquement déformable (15) sur la tête (14).
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la tête comporte un logement (20) permettant la fixation d'une buse (21).
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe (Y) de la buse (21) est perpendiculaire à la direction (X) d'enfoncement de la tête (14) pour distribuer une dose de produit.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) se raccorde sur la tête (14) sensiblement perpendiculairement à la direction (X) d'enfoncement de la tête pour distribuer une dose de produit.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie élastiquement déformable (15) se raccorde sur la tête par une zone d'épaisseur réduite (30).
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la base (10) est agencée pour s'emmancher sur un corps de pompe (17).
- Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la base (10) comporte au niveau de la zone servant à la fixation sur le corps de pompe (17) un bourrelet annulaire (32).
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur de la partie élastiquement déformable (15) est comprise entre 1 et 3 mm, et de préférence est voisine de 2 mm.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la tête (14) présente une extrémité supérieure (25) élargie.
- Bouton-poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé d'un seul tenant par moulage.
- Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé en un matériau à mémoire de forme, de préférence choisi parmi les mélanges à base des matériaux suivants : éthylène vinyle acétate, élastomères thermoplastiques et polyéthylène basse densité.
- Pompe équipée d'un bouton-poussoir (3) telle que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Récipient équipé d'une pompe tel que définie dans la revendication précédente.
