Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for dispersion according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- Such a treatment device is for example from DE-PS 30 47 013 known.
- This device which is suitable for dispersing waste paper, serves the purpose of Machining material intensively mechanically and thermally, which means that the contained therein Contaminants detached from the fibers, crushed and / or below the visibility limit can be brought.
- the pulp is not in a pumpable suspension processed, but in the form of a doughy or crumbly high consistency substance, preferably with a dry content between 20 and 35%. Let it this way significantly higher shear forces are transferred to the pulp, causing the mentioned goals are achievable without a significant change in the process Fiber length is done.
- the effect of mechanical treatment further intensified by heat, e.g. by setting a fiber temperature of 90 ° Celsius or above.
- the Dispersion After the highly consistent fiber material has passed the processing area, i.e. the Dispersion has occurred, it emerges at the last stage of the stator set. there it is pushed out by the following substance and essentially leads one radial movement. Because the set contains circular rows of teeth, this is done the ejection of the fiber over the entire circumference, i.e. 360 °. As a rule, that is The central axis of such a dispersing device is arranged horizontally, i.e. the The pulp is transported in a vertical plane. Where the tooth gaps between the teeth, the fabric falls out freely, e.g. in a vessel, in which, if desired, can be diluted with water.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a treatment device specified type, with which it is possible to discharge the processed To improve fiber with very simple means.
- the subject of the invention also has the advantage of being relatively inexpensive Wear behavior. It is about reducing the wear and tear As is well known, such devices cannot be avoided entirely. The fact that the Substance is removed relatively quickly, caking, which the Favor wear, be prevented. It is particularly advantageous if the Radial projections belong to the part of the set that is due to the inevitable Wear must be replaced at certain intervals anyway. To this Because normal wear is limited to a few parts, while the other machine parts, especially the mounting plates for the sets, only still subject to very little wear.
- Fig. 1 shows part of a dispersing device with two relative to each other in Circumferential direction movable complementary sets 1, 2, so together in Intervention that they can work together.
- the selected representation in form A section in side view shows that radially from the inside out the teeth 3, 4, 3 ', 4' etc. belonging to the different sets up to Alternate external teeth 3 ", 4".
- the teeth row of a set extends into the Intermediate space of the complementary set, whereby for the intended operation the device between the teeth of complementary sets of distances must be observed.
- the set 2 shown on the left belongs to the stator 6 and the set 1 shown on the right for the rotor 5. This is driven by a shaft 10 held and set in rotation.
- the highly consistent paper pulp gets through the inlet pipe 9 with the aid of a screw conveyor 12 centrally in the disperser.
- On such material is relatively tough, unlike e.g. a pumpable paper fiber suspension, how it is processed in deflakers or refiners. It is initially from Sclhleuder Regen 11 captured and then conveyed into the sets.
- the radially innermost Row of teeth belongs to the rotor assembly and the radially outermost one to the stator assembly.
- the axis of rotation of the rotor 5 lies horizontally here, and the radial transport direction of the highly consistent paper pulp lies in vertical planes.
- the trimmings are in a housing 13 housed.
- a centering collar 16 is used for exact centering of the clothing 1 belonging to the rotor provided, but not by the outside diameter of this set, but by the measure h (see Fig. 3) lies further inside.
- the diameter of the rotor 5 can therefore be smaller can be kept as that of the set 1. This saves material, and the surfaces of the Centering cuffs are outside the sling path of the fabric.
- This carries a number the axial projections 15 according to the invention, which from the set of fittings Accelerate and dissipate emerging fibers.
- Such axial projections 15 can made of the same material as the set, e.g. with little extra effort be cast on. Also because of the possible wear, it is advantageous if the Axial projections 15 are exchanged when changing the clothing.
- Fig. 2 are two complementary sets, ie belonging to a set in axial exploded location and a little more detailed, but without all to reveal constructive features.
- sets of this type between three and twelve rows of teeth, here only the radially outermost two are drawn.
- the clothing 1 belonging to the rotor has axial projections 15 an outer root circle 21. They have an axial extension a of preferably at least 4 mm and a radial extension b to the base circle 21 of preferably at least 4 mm.
- the maximum size should not be more than 20 mm each of course also depends on the size of the sets.
- the axial projections are sufficient here axially to the plane E of the bearing surface 20 of the set. That is in the making of the Sets of particular advantage. But there are also different axial projections can easily be used to solve the task.
- Your outer end faces are inclined at an acute angle ⁇ with respect to the cylindrical peripheral surface.
- Fig. 3 shows in supervision a Disperger gear set, ie a rotor and one Stator assembly.
- the annular spaces 14 can be seen.
- the teeth 3, 3 ', 3 ", 4, 4 ', 4" are arranged in annular rows and extend into the corresponding ones Spaces 14 of the counter set into it. Only a few of the large number of teeth shown. They are drawn cut so that they are preferably not rounder Cross section 17 can be seen. Tooth gaps 7 remain between adjacent teeth the flow of the pulp free.
- the shape of the teeth is not exactly drawn, they is known and depends on the intended use of the set.
- FIG. 4 shows also a little more precise that this is a total of eight segments Set acts, which each go over a circumferential angle of 45 °.
- mounting holes 8 are indicated, through which e.g. a screw connection to the rotor 5 (Fig. 1) is possible.
- the axial projections 15, which in the example shown here four per segment, i.e. so 32 in total for the whole set are provided. The exact number of axial protrusions required depends on the requirements.
- Adjacent axial projections 15 are in one Distance angle ⁇ apart. Furthermore, one can recognize the on this representation Centering 16, which is contiguous here over the entire scope of all Set segments is designed. It may also be interrupted, i.e. out a number of different subsections exist. Such a centering collar is This is particularly important when the set of circular ring segments forms a full circle is assembled. The combination of the axial projections with the radial inner centering collar results in a space-saving arrangement with good Conveying effect for the tough fibrous material emerging from the clothing.
- the axial projection 15 can also be designed so that it is extends axially beyond the projection f beyond the plane E (see FIG. 5). Basically however, it applies that the axial projections according to the invention are kept relatively small can, which saves energy and reduces wear. Especially in Radial direction, the axial projection 15 does not have to or only slightly above the Go beyond diameter, the moving set 1 to accommodate the teeth needed. 6 shows a set 1 with an axial projection 15, the outer root circle 21 by a small radial distance d over the outer root circle 22 of the outermost tooth 3 ". The same also applies to the clothing 1 itself Outer radius can be a relatively small one for energy, material and space savings Have a distance c to the outer root circle 22 of the outermost tooth 3 "(see FIG. 5).
Abstract
Description
Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for dispersion according to the preamble of
Such a treatment device is for example from DE-PS 30 47 013 known. This device, which is suitable for dispersing waste paper, serves the purpose of Machining material intensively mechanically and thermally, which means that the contained therein Contaminants detached from the fibers, crushed and / or below the visibility limit can be brought. Unlike, for example, with pulp refiners in such machines the pulp is not in a pumpable suspension processed, but in the form of a doughy or crumbly high consistency substance, preferably with a dry content between 20 and 35%. Let it this way significantly higher shear forces are transferred to the pulp, causing the mentioned goals are achievable without a significant change in the process Fiber length is done. In many cases, the effect of mechanical treatment further intensified by heat, e.g. by setting a fiber temperature of 90 ° Celsius or above.
Due to the high consistency that the fibrous material has during the treatment, it is intense mechanical processing possible, although the teeth are relative to each other do not touch movable treatment tools, the so-called sets, but rather at a distance of about 0.5 mm or more with a relatively high Move speed past each other. This distance may be adjustable held. It is favorable that a very large number of sets of the type described of teeth is involved, so the pulp through many slots (tooth gaps) in small sub-streams is divided. Without further ado, e.g. twelve steps (rows of teeth) possible in a row. Sets of this type are compact and have one excellent dispersing effect. As a rule, such a device a stationary stator and a moving rotor assembly are used. Trimmings can be composed of circular ring segments.
After the highly consistent fiber material has passed the processing area, i.e. the Dispersion has occurred, it emerges at the last stage of the stator set. there it is pushed out by the following substance and essentially leads one radial movement. In geodesic terms The fabric collects at the top of the trimmings because it does not fall directly can. Sooner or later, it will be transported away by pressing material that However, relationships are undefined and therefore not always satisfactory. As a remedy can In the upper part of the housing water is already added, which on the one hand leads to Dilution and therefore with subsequent high consistency treatment, e.g. Bleach, is undesirable and on the other hand does not always have the desired success.
Another possibility for the removal of the substance is shown in DE 198 02 260 A1 a device for dispersing known, namely the rotor assembly with Provide radial projections. So these form a radial continuation of the Disperger set, which also leads to a better flow of material from this area the set leads, but is relatively complex and additional space radially outside the Rotor set needed.
In a double disc refiner according to US Pat. No. 3,765,613, both of them are used Disks powered. Between the work surfaces, the material is in quick rolling motion offset and thereby broken down into individual fibers. This editing is not to be compared with a high-consistency dispersion between axial interlocking rows of teeth.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a treatment device specified type, with which it is possible to discharge the processed To improve fiber with very simple means.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of
Then the radial movement, especially in the upper part of the housing, into a axial and then deflected into a circumferential movement. The fabric arrives completely - without annoying accumulations and without significant energy consumption - in the for that provided container. Adverse changes in the mostly hot pulp, such as e.g. Drying out, caking and hornification are avoided.
The subject of the invention also has the advantage of being relatively inexpensive Wear behavior.
The most important application of the invention is to be expected in such devices which the high-consistency pulp only after exiting the housing of the Device is diluted, so falls out as thick matter. But there are also others Applications, namely those in which the thick matter is already in the housing with water is diluted. Even if the substance is diluted, it should leave the Housing are removed, to which the invention makes a decisive contribution.

hochkonsistenten Papierfaserstoffes liegt in senkrechten Ebenen. Die Garnituren sind in
einem Gehäuse 13 untergebracht.Fig. 1 shows part of a dispersing device with two relative to each other in
Circumferential direction movable
h (s. Fig. 3) weiter innen liegt.
A centering
In Fig. 2 are two complementary sets, ie belonging to a set in axial
exploded location and a little more detailed, but without all
to reveal constructive features. As a rule, sets of this type
between three and twelve rows of teeth, here only the radially outermost two are drawn.
According to the invention, the
Fig. 3 shows in supervision a Disperger gear set, ie a rotor and one
Stator assembly. The
If you turn the rotor assembly shown in FIG. 3 by 180 °, you get to FIG. 4.
So it offers the view of the back of the disperser set, that is the side that
after installation in the disperser with the rotor 5 (Fig. 1) is in contact. 4 shows
also a little more precise that this is a total of eight segments
Set acts, which each go over a circumferential angle of 45 °. Moreover

Fig. 5).
Insbesondere in
Fig. 5).As already mentioned, the
