Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von Druckprodukten (1), mit einer Vielzahl von individuellen Taschengreifern (10), wobei jeder Taschengreifer (10) ein erstes Verbindungselement (24) auf einer ersten Seite und ein zweites Verbindungselement (26) auf einer zweiten Seite und Greifelemente (22, 18) zum Ergreifen eines Druckproduktes (1) aufweist, und mit einer Vielzahl von Transporteinheiten (20), wobei jede Transporteinheit (20) entlang einer Schiene (30) an dem ersten Verbindungselement (24) eines jeweiligen der Vielzahl von Taschengreifern (10) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Greifelemente eine Vorderplatte (22) und eine Hinterplatte (18) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Verbindungselement (24) ein Querstück (25) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede Transporteinheit (20) ein Paar Klappen (31, 32) zum Ergreifen des Querstücks (25) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jeder Taschengreifer (10) eine Vorrichtung (23) umfasst, um die Vorderplatte (22) und die Hinterplatte (18) auseinander zu bewegen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede Transporteinheit (10) ein Paar von Klappen (31, 32) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Klappen (31, 32) zusammen unter Federspannung stehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ferner eine zweite Vielzahl von Transporteinheiten (20) vorgesehen ist, die entlang einer zweiten Schiene (50) bewegbar und an dem zweiten Verbindungselement (26) eines jeweiligen der Vielzahl von Taschengreifern (10) lösbar befestigt sind. - Verfahren zum Transport von Druckprodukten, welches die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Ergreifen eines Druckproduktes durch einen Taschengreifer mit einem ersten Verbindungselement (24) auf einer ersten Seite und einem zweiten Verbindungselement (26) auf einer zweiten Seite und Greifelementen (22, 18) zum Ergreifen eines Druckproduktes (1);Bewegen des Taschengreifers entlang einer Schiene; und Freigeben des Taschengreifers, während das Druckprodukt ergriffen bleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
welches ferner den Schritt des Ergreifens des freigegebenen Taschengreifers umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
gekennzeichnet durchErgreifen des Taschengreifers auf einer ersten Seite; undErgreifen des freigegebenen Taschengreifers auf einer der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
gekennzeichnet durch
Bewegen einer Vorderplatte weg von einer Hinterplatte eines Taschengreifers. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Taschengreifer von einer sich in der Schiene bewegenden Transporteinheit bewegt wird, wobei die Transporteinheit die Freigabe des Taschengreifers ausführt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Taschengreifer von einer sich in der Schiene bewegenden Transporteinheit ergriffen wird; und dass dann der Taschengreifer von einer weiteren Transporteinheit ergriffen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sich die weitere Transporteinheit in einer zweiten Schiene bewegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Taschengreifer mindestens durch eine Verarbeitungsstation hindurch bewegt wird, während das Druckprodukt in dem Taschengreifer verbleibt. - Taschengreifer, mit einer ersten Platte (18), mit einer unter Federspannung stehenden zweiten Platte (22), die gegen die erste Platte (18) eine Kraft ausübt und dabei geöffnet werden kann, um ein Druckprodukt aufzunehmen;ein sich auf einer Seite befindliches erstes Verbindungselement (24) zur Verbindung mit einer Transporteinheit (20); undein sich auf einer zweiten Seite befindliches zweites Verbindungselement (26) zur Verbindung mit einer weiteren Transporteinheit.
- Taschengreifer nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste und das zweite Verbindungselement (24, 26) jeweils ein Querstück (25) umfassen. - Taschengreifer nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Querstücke vierkantig sind.
