Abstract
Hydraulisch angetriebene Membranpumpe mit einer randseitig zwischen einem Pumpenkörper (10) und einem Pumpendeckel (12,14) eingespannten Membran (16,18), die einen getrennte Ein- und Auslasskanäle für ein zu förderndes Medium aufweisenden Förderraum von einem Hydraulikraum (36,38) trennt und von einem hydraulischen Membranantrieb in Form eines oszillierenden Verdrängerkolbens (40) zwischen einer Saughub- und einer Druckhubgrenzstellung hin- und her bewegbar ist, wobei ein stabartiger Schieber (48) auf der hydraulikraumseitigen Seite mit der Membran verbunden und in einer Führungsbohrung (56) des Pumpenkörpers geführt ist, der in eine Saughubgrenzstellung der Membran ein Reservoir für Hydraulikflüssigkeit (42) mit dem Hydraulikraum (36) über ein Saugventil (66) verbindet, wobei der stabartige Schieber einen mit dem Hydraulikraum in Verbindung stehenden Abschnitt der Führungsbohrung (56) über eine Gehäusebohrung (60,61) mit dem Reservoir verbindet, wenn sich die Membran in einer Druckhubgrenzstellung befindet, und ein der Membran zugekehrter Abschnitt des stabartigen Schiebers einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweist, der eine zum Saugventil führende zweite Bohrung (64) freigibt, wenn sich die Membran in der Saughubgrenzstellung befindet zwecks Verbindung des Saugventils mit der Führungsbohrung und über diese mit dem Hydraulikraum.
