Abstract

The packaging consists of a container around which shrink film made of a gas-tight high density polyethylene material is arranged. The container is filled with a gas containing 3 to 8% O2, 35-45% CO2, the balance being N2. The container is made of cardboard with a greaseproof or waterproof coating.
