The present invention relates to a textile covering for attachment to tenter frames of cleaning devices, according to the preamble of the independent claim 1.
Such a textile covering is already known in principle from WO 88/05642. The generic textile covering looks at elastic elements in the axial direction opposite side edges. However, these elastic elements do not have the Function to make the bags variable.
In recent years, cleaning devices have been used for damp cleaning rooms enforced, consisting of a wiper provided with a tensioning element and handle, and a removable textile covering for the wiper tensioning element. The great The advantage of such cleaning devices is that compared to conventional wipers Transducers easier handling and better accessibility of corners and Angles of a room.
For example, DE 31 39 245 C2 is a generic cleaning device known that the bending of the base material of the textile covering when the Allows cleaning device on a baseboard or the like.
Furthermore, a similar textile covering is known from DE-GM 89 01 061, in which Edge beads are formed. From DE-GM 93 09 489 is also a Mop cover known, in which an attachment with the base material and an additional provided base layer is connected.
Finally, from DE 43 23 943 C1 a textile covering is known in which Base material and trim are connected together along the fastening lines, too if the attachment lines are not continuous seams, being by the lineup and curvature of the base material in the edge area of pile threads also in sufficient height Are directed towards a side obstacle. Such pile threads can for example, if you place it on a baseboard, both between baseboard and floor Clean the joint as well as the skirting board itself at their entire height. Also if the base material is placed on the skirting board overall, the in The pile threads protruding from the edge area still have a good cleaning effect.
Basically, conventional textile coverings suffer from the disadvantage that they are used for Adaptation to different holders of different lengths and widths are not provided and are therefore restricted in their area of application.
The object of the present invention is therefore a textile covering that ensures is that an adaptation to different holders of different lengths and widths is possible. Another object of the textile covering according to the invention is that it is easy to handle and has a good cleaning effect.
This task is achieved in a generic textile covering by the features of independent claim 1 solved, expedient embodiments by the Features of the subclaims are described.
unabhängigen Anspruchs 2.In an alternative solution, the task is solved by the features of
The rubber-elastic element is in accordance with the textile covering according to the invention Claim 1 such in the axial direction at opposite end regions of the base material provided at the edge that the end regions of the base material are elastically stretchable. Because of this flexibility, the base material is used to hold tenter frames suitable for different lengths and widths. The basic material can be in his Stretch the end areas elastically in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. Further is a sagging due to the elastic design of the two end regions Sections in the wet condition of the textile covering are effectively avoided.
Spannrahmen aufnehmenden Taschen herangezogen.
Preferred and according to
The cut of the textile covering and the guidance of the rubber-elastic element are preferably chosen such that when the rubber-elastic state is relaxed Element in the middle of the textile covering a transverse fold or curvature trains. This ensures that the transverse fold or curvature allows further adaptation to different lengths of holders. In addition, a additional dirt retention effect due to the contracting textile covering achieved.
The base material is preferably on its cleaning surface in its axial central region provided with elastic clamping elements fastened on the edge in the axial direction. This elastic clamping elements pull the base material together in the middle area, so that forms a transverse fold or curvature. This curvature enables one additional dirt absorption option due to the contracting Textile covering. The elastic tensioning elements are in a particularly preferred manner sewn to the base fabric and lie on the lower one, which has a cleaning effect Area of the base material. They have a length of 1 - 5 cm.
The formation of the textile covering with the elastic provided on the edge Element has the further advantage that the textile covering is ideal for all obstacles can adapt and targeted after coming into contact with one of these obstacles Original form returns. The textile covering can also be due to the rubber-elastic element with all standard folding holders different Use dimensions as it automatically adapts to the respective holder. Finally, the rubber-elastic element also turns out to be a wear and tear Sagging of the textile covering prevented.
rechteckigen gewebten bzw. gewirkten Grundstoff 2.
In diesem Zusammenhang
The textile covering shown in Figure 1 for a cleaning device consists of an approximately
rectangular woven or knitted
The cross section shown in Fig. 2 through the textile covering essentially shows the
same elements as Fig. 1, with corresponding reference numerals use

The
kommt. The textile covering shown in Figure 3a is designed so that the base material in its
end regions in the axial direction to form the
