Abstract
Eine Rundknetmaschine (1) zum Rundschmieden stangen- oder rohrförmiger Werkstücke besteht aus einem um die Durchlaufachse (A) des Werkstückes dreh- und antreibbar in einem Maschinengestell (2) gelagerten ringförmigen Schmiedekasten (3), der in radialen Ausnehmungen (4) gegeneinander wirkende und bei gleichzeitiger Schmiedekastendrehung über einen Hubantrieb (7) hubbewegbare Schmiedestempel (5) aufnimmt. Um auch während des Schmiedevorganges eine rationelle Hublagenverstellung zu erreichen, umfassen die Schmiedestempel (5) zwei miteinander schraubverstellbar verbundene Teile, einen antriebsseitigen, verdrehbar geführten Oberteil (51) und einen werkzeugseitigen, drehfest geführten Unterteil (52), wobei dem Oberteil (51) ein Getriebe (20) mit einem am Oberteil (51) drehfest, aber axial verschiebbar sitzenden und im Schmiedekasten (3) verdrehbar, aber axial verschiebefest gelagerten Zahnkranz (21) und einem drehbar im Schmiedekasten (3) gelagerten Antriebszahnrad (23) zugehört, welche Antriebszahnräder (23) Teil eines Umlaufgetriebes (25) sind. A circular kneading machine (1) for round forging rod-shaped or tubular workpieces consists of a ring-shaped forging box (3) which can be rotated and driven around the through-axis (A) of the workpiece and which is mounted in a machine frame (2) and which acts against one another in radial recesses (4) with a simultaneous rotation of the forging box by means of a lifting drive (7), forging dies (5) which can be moved. In order to achieve an efficient stroke position adjustment even during the forging process, the forging punches (5) comprise two parts which are connected to one another in a screw-adjustable manner, an upper part (51) on the drive side which is rotatably guided and a lower part (52) on the tool side which is guided in a rotationally fixed manner, the upper part (51) Gear (20) with a sprocket (21) which is non-rotatably but axially displaceably seated on the upper part (51) and rotatable but axially displaceably mounted in the forging box (3) and a drive gearwheel (23) which is rotatably mounted in the forging box (3), which drive gearwheels belongs (23) are part of an epicyclic gear (25).
