Abstract

Um auch während des Schmiedevorganges eine rationelle Hublagenverstellung zu erreichen, umfassen die Schmiedestempel (5) zwei miteinander schraubverstellbar verbundene Teile, einen antriebsseitigen, verdrehbar geführten Oberteil (51) und einen werkzeugseitigen, drehfest geführten Unterteil (52), wobei dem Oberteil (51) ein Getriebe (20) mit einem am Oberteil (51) drehfest, aber axial verschiebbar sitzenden und im Schmiedekasten (3) verdrehbar, aber axial verschiebefest gelagerten Zahnkranz (21) und einem drehbar im Schmiedekasten (3) gelagerten Antriebszahnrad (23) zugehört, welche Antriebszahnräder (23) Teil eines Umlaufgetriebes (25) sind.
