Claims (9)
- Spinnvorrichtung zum Erzeugen von Filamenten aus schmelzflüssigem Polymer, welches durch einen Spinnkopf mit Spinndüsen ausgepreßt wird, wobei die Filamente nach unten zunächst durch einen Nacherhitzungsschacht und dann durch einen Blasschacht laufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nacherhitzungsschacht (9) mit einer vertikal bewegbaren Tür (1) versehen ist, welche einen beheizbaren Metallkörper (1a), eine an dem Metallkörper benachbart angeordnete Isolierung (1b) und einen an der Isolierung außen vertikal angeordneten Absaugkanal (1c) aufweist, wobei der Absaugkanal im unteren Teil in einen nahezu horizontal verlaufenden Absaugkanal (1d) mit einer Absaugmündung (5) am Nacherhitzungsschacht übergeht. - Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Teil (1f) des vertikal angeordneten Absaugkanals (1c) mit einem biegsamen Schlauch (7) verbunden ist.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikal angeordnete Absaugkanal (1c) am Übergang zu dem nahezu horizontal angeordneten Absaugkanal (1d) einen breiten, rechteckigen Strömungsquerschnitt aufweist und daß sich der Strömungsquerschnitt in Strömungsrichtung kontinuierlich über die Höhe der Tür (1) verkleinert und im oberen Teil (1f) in einen kreisförmigen Strömungsquerschnitt übergeht.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikal angeordnete Absaugkanal (1c) außen durch eine lösbare Platte (1g) abgedeckt ist.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nahezu horizontal angeordnete Absaugkanal (1d) in der Nähe der Absaugmündung (5) ein lösbar befestigtes Blech (15) aufweist.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tür (1) an den Längsseiten Rollen (20) aufweist, welche in vertikalen, ortsfesten Führungsschienen (21) laufen.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tür (1) pneumatisch auf und ab bewegbar ausgebildet ist.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tür (1) mit einer ortsfesten Bürste (25) zusammenwirkt.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Absaugkanal im Bereich der Absaugmündung (5) beheizbar ausgebildet ist.
